Hey! Cool video. Only thing is I would recommend turning up the volume on your vocal track. A good tip is to mix with the master volume on your computer at about half.

I appreciate the feedback so much. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I noticed this after uploading! So, I do this in imovie, so I would increase the volume there? Or would i have to sit closer to the mic? TYSM!!

@@drkristencasey No problem :). If you can, just turn it up in iMovie. The distance from your mic right now is very good and it sounds good.

Your video will be more successful, if you increase the sound. The way to do it, is to get to movie editor, like Movavi, and rerecord the same movie, with increased sound feature. You can do it up to 400%. I have much smaller audience, but I have restored some old video, worst quality. When I do not hear, I am irritated and want to run :-) Good luck, I hope it helps

Thank you so much. By the way, I can't hear your voice clearly because of the volume in your microphone. But that's okay, I still enjoy to watching your video.

Can a alter ego be removed from my body with the right exposure!

    Very interesting video thank you!
I am reading "Maybe you should talk to someone" by Lori Gottlieb and she mentions that therapists can't have patients that are close to their orbit (I think the right word is dual relationship). As your presence on social medias might build parasocial relationships with your audience, I was wondering if this conflict has an impact on who you can treat? Could it also bring positive benefits as patients might chose a therapist with whom they "click"?
    Hi from Switzerland, Nico

Hi Nico! Great question (and great book!). Yes, that is always a risk of social media use. However, in our informed consent procedures we discuss the nature of social media and how it is not a replacement for therapy, advice, or professional services. Every therapists' licensing board is different on this one. For psychologists, the APA encourages us to be on here to dismantle misinformation and assist with education regarding the mental health crisis. It's important for us to use disclaimers, too, to let laypeople know that it is not a replacement for therapy. Great question, thank you for asking!
