Wow! I used to make a simple lentil salad with tomatoes, spring onions, mint and cheese, with a mustard and olive oil dressing. But that is certainly an absolute winner! Thanks Geannaro!
I love Gennaro and his recipes, however coming from Greece which is a country that loves fish I could say that we never place a whole fish on the top of a salad. if this is the presentation and it is not just for this video then when you will try to clean the fish from the bones you will probably have some of those inside the salad. anyways just a mention for those who will try this one. it looks delicious!
Can I grill the whole Mackerel on a small charcoal grill, or do I have to fillet it and grill the fillets separately to prevent it from under cooking and charring the fish if I grill it whole?

onion, garlic, courgette, capers, carrots, pepper, cornichons, chilli, tomato, cucumber, olive and the last one i didn't get (sounds like FENO) and I also want to know =/ after he uses lemon, mint, parsley and olive oil
+SirToby1076 one is from coldpressed olives, the other one is from heating olives and extract the oil. Only diffrence is the first one has more healthy things inside. Extra or Virgin or Native all indicates coldpressed ones :)
Extra virgin olive oil has a more intense flavour and is normally used for dressings or adding on top of food before serving. The normal olive oil is best for cooking, since it has a somewhat neutral flavour.

You can grill the whole thing. Just make sure the fish does not stick too much.
