SEPANG KART RACE

Taurus KartMania Round 3 - FINAL RACE GROUP B
Overall satisfied with how the race turned out, starting 17th on the grid and completing at 8th.
Probably could've done better on my lap time but I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself; its only my 2nd outing on the Sepang circuit, the first being on a funkart.
It proved to be quite the challenge coming to grips with my tail happy kart for the final race and it was rather frustrating that I couldn't keep my foot down on the last turn. Had to nurse the throttle carefully each time around to avoid the unnecessary drift and was losing the speed I would like to carry through to the main straight. But otherwise I think I had a good kart!
I missed several clipping points here and there for the duration of the race. For one, I haven't quite figured the best approach to turn 1 - turn 2, and even more so on the right way to tackle the 'Mickey Mouse Curve'. Precious tenths were loss every lap, and these were the main culprits for me! Haha!
But hey, practice makes perfect! I really look forward to my next race there and in doing better!! :D Until then!
