I’m trying to decide between three different amps at this point: Mesa Boogie Fillmore 50 combo (simplist option to operate, and Andy Timmon’s demo with his pedalboard proved to me that I can get the tones I want and need for my play style, which is not metal) Mesa Boogie Mark VII head with cab (so many tones, so little time, extremely versatile and I like that I can drop from 90 watts to 10 watts) Revv 120G head with cab (so many tones, and I can pick one up locally in a music store for 10% above their cost) Yeah, a tough choice! Initially, I liked the Boogie Mark V, but the Mark VII and Revv amp just have more options, but a much higher price. Your video here is the very best one I’ve watched while researching the Mark VII!!! Thank you! Liked and subscribed, and I welcome everyone’s opinions and recommendations.
That’s a hell of an amp ! I was at the Garage a few months ago and played my R8 through it , and WOW !! But I like simple, I have a Falcon 20 with my Keeley noble screamer in front 😉
@@philipcoaxum8792I legit think this is the best and most versatile amp Mesa offers right now. The V is a fan favorite for a reason, but this thing never stops flexing!
