Helmets are due to head shape, not volume.
The issue with fitting 13:50 has been with the helmets shape & design. Circumferences are not what's needed for sculpture in the round as they don't tell the full story about shape. I learned this the hard way myself so I just got rid of 3D printing helmets a long time ago & now cast large silicone molds based on specific measurements. Custom made helmets are just the way to go. i think you can use zoom mode to get a close up of something then screenshot it and pass that image to google lens API you can literally create object identifying VR helmet. might have to mess with the return data to make it look prettier in the hud.

Very cool project, and nice result. When technology permit it, it could be great to build a more 1:1 scale of the helmet from the game. In order ro use it on an actual cosplay.
Also, where did you find the costume of Master chief? Did you do it yourself or did you buy it somewhere?

Super cool! The only issue is that the helmet is a bit "unwieldly", (I.E it's way too big compared to the actual Halo Helmet). Somehow downsizing it would have been great. Also, having a live ammo count from the rifle you made to the helmet would be really cool too.
