    **some recipes on Pinterest will list out the macros, which makes it very easy to track. I just found similar recipes already in my fitness pal and tracked them that way!:) Especially with my goals right now, I don't need to tracking to a T, however that's still a greta way to have an idea of what you're eating!**
    LifeTime Frozen Mocha Smoothie:
    -1 scoop vanilla whey protein
    -1 scoop Dr. Smoothie mocha java
    -8oz cold brew
    -12ox 1ce
    -.5-1 serving PB
    Spaghetti squash with meat sauce:

    Turkey Chili Recipe:

    **add 2 cans diced tomatoes and only 1 crushed if you like your chili thicker**
    White Chicken Chili Recipe:
    -2 lbs Chicken Breast
    -1 onion chopped
    -1 stalk celery
    -1 container chicken broth
    -2 gloves garlic (minced)
    -2 T. Chili Powder
    -1 tsp. Cumin
    -2 T. Lime Juice
    -1 tsp. salt
    -1 can cream of chicken
    -2 cans white beans (drained)
    -1 can white corn (drained)
    -2 cans chopped green chilis
    Cook chicken breast in the pot you're going to cook the chili in with some water or chicken broth (I prefer cooking it in the broth so it has extra flavor). Remove Chicken and cut into pieces once tender. Add chicken back into pot with celery stalk and chopped onions. Add all remaining ingredients w/ more chicken broth if needed (whatever consistency you like).

    -1 egg or 1 egg white
    -1/2 tsp baking powder
    -***add a little water if needed with the whole egg or add a little extra egg white if needed)

    Your videos motivate me so much! Hope I can can keep this motivation all the way through after work. I do ALOT of cardio at work but I’ve fell off my weight training. Planning on throwing on my gym outfit right after work and just getting it done. 10hr shifts kill me

    Girl you hit the nail on the head with the eating out thing. My husband and I recently signed up for Hello Fresh to expand our weekly meal ideas and it’s really helped! We have made and eaten stuff we wouldn’t typically make for ourselves and it’s all been delicious! We also like getting the meals for 4 people so we can make it for dinner one night and kind of meal prep for a couple of days out of the week! Y’all should check it out! Love you and your content as always, you’re a rockstar!

    You just have to buy seasonal fruit. Oranges are a winter fruit so typically they’re good this time of year! 🙃 strawberries will be back soon.

    Tell me about a period for eating out! I have Christmas, then my partners birthday, then my birthday and then NYs all in the one small period of time!!! It’s crazy, when Christmas isn’t just one feast, but 2 or 3 due to multiple family lunches and dinners! And I made your white chicken chilli for the first time! So wish I had taken a Photo!     You should try cauliflower chicken soup! I make it with chicken, chicken bone broth, brown rice, carrots, onion, celery, and purred cauliflower with cream cheese. And seasoning....

    How do you calculate the macros for the packaged salads without the dressing that it comes with?!!?? I’ve been trying to figure that out forever ! I love them but I don’t use the dressing either

      Instead of trying to manipulate the numbers for the exact salad in MFP I just build my own! I'll add the kind of lettuce in the package and then add whatever topping I use with the exact dressing! That's going to be the most accurate way to do it

    Guurrll!! I emailed Bowmar about the nut butters cuz I'm in the same boat...Almost out. They got back to me and couldn't give me any definite answers of restock. 😢
    Btw...Have you tried dipping fruit into the nut butters??!! Seriously amazing!! Grapes, apples, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. So flippen good!

      ahhh yes sooo good!! And they're going everything they can to get them out ASAP! Because of how much inventory they have now, they had to switch manufactures or the warehouse (something like that lol) so that's why its taking a little longer!:)

      I hardly ever do HIIT because my workouts are already intense and steady state always me to get work done at the same time while making sure I'm not over training!

    Any suggestions I’m a 17year old male weighing at 185. I eat the same thing every day and I was eating the same amount, same foods before Christmas and I was loosing weight. Now after Christmas I went back to it and now I’m slowly gaining weight. I burn on average 3000 cals and I eat 2100. Any idea why I’m no longer loosing and how to fix it. My macros are 160-170p 230-250c and 50-60f

    Girl you train hard!! 1800-1900 calories a day?! Do you think that is low for your intensity? Especially bc you still said you were hungry the one night....shouldnt you honor that? Maybe use actual noodles for your meat sauce or regular rice instead of cauliflower. Just lookin out gf!

      Sarah Pastura is I’m actually hungry I will eat but I also don’t like eating big meals before bed. I’m doing a little cut for the Arnold in early March so my goal is to be around maintenance or slightly under at the end of the week!
      I ask dont track my coffee which has creamer, or any of the supplements I take. The calories on here are very rough estimate as I don’t weight my meals anymore. I understand where you’re coming from but I eat to feel good and I felt good all of these days! I also sit for 90% of the day lol
