Can I ask you something please I changed fuel filter cleaned Gas Tank and now the Car didn’t want to start it was running before Now I looked at the Fuel injectors two were very bad so you think if I change them it will start again or could it be something else ?
The car was running before and not after your work, the problem is in what you did. Or something got moved or whatever. So go back and check everything.
I learned it could be tuned up. Finally it seems not enough to avoid the engine bouncing. Happy to wait for the next step

Actually, the fps should be at 32 psi. And no, that gauge should not be moving like that. I think you got a bad pressure regulator or a bad f pump.
Most likely the pressure accumulator is gone. It is the same looking thing next to the pressure regulator. @@georgecurtis6463
