12:27 you made 2 small mistakes. you said 日本語は話せますか. do not say ka at the end of the sentence unless it is a question. also instead of wa hanase masu, use the ga particle instead. Corret way of saying it: 日本語が話せます If there is context you dont have to say あなた Or わたし。
