How to make the Reverse Loop Rig, a Bottom Fished Saltwater, or Freshwater, Rig

This Rig is also called the Reverse Dropper Loop Rig, if you actually use the Dropper Loop Knot
My preference would be to use the “ T “ Knot ; therefore the Rig would actually be called the Reverse “ T “ Knot Rig!
It can be used for either Freshwater or Saltwater fishing
