I’m trying to synch a remote and i thought the circle button was the learn button but it’s not learning. Is that bigger circle button the learn button?

Every so often ours has a problem where when it closes, it'll pop back open and say that Excessive Closing Force detected... Any thoughts? There doesn't seem to a direct force adjustment with these, just the travel adjustment which I then try to redo whenever this starts happening.
These units are very sensitive to any sort of obstruction or if the door is not travelling up and down the tracks smoothly it will sense a drag and it will pop back up. I had one where the door was dragging on the climate seals/ door stops and from time to time the door would go back up. Release the door and move it up and down and make sure it is nice and free. Also make sure the down limit has not been set too far.Use bee wax if you need to.Hope this helps
We normally level the unit before tightening up the set screws at the side of the torsion tube. That seems to work for us. Level the unit, then tight the sets screws. Hope this helps Miguel.
We have a chain on ours to open manually, does this get installed beside that mechanism and just over rides the chain? or do you have to remove the chain first?
Getting ready to build. My ceilings are 14 feet. My garage doors are 12 feet. Can I still have my doors hug the ceiling? Or do I need to go 13 foot high doors?
Thanks for telling me nothing that I needed to know

I just had a new garage door installed. It takes some force to start to close it. Will this unit work?
The top panel of his garage door is not flat whenall the way up. Is this because of the side motor?

Is it still possible to manually open the door with this opener installed?
Yes Brad you can. You can disengage this motor just like any normal garage door opener
I installed one, I like it but even though I leveled it correctly, it has a slight wiggle when running. Is that normal? Thanks
I have the same "problem" - if you watch his unit its doing the exact same thing! thinking that might be normal

Nofziger Door just installed this unit at my house today, and it does have a slight wiggle.

Remote so sensitive good thing i turn back my head i saw my garage door was open again. My remote was inside my purse it might press accidentally.
Where did you get battery backup?
Any idea how to add a key release from the outside? I don't have an entrance other than the garage door so if mine breaks I'm out of luck
Certainly sounds like it. I haven't seen one yet in these vids.
