I'd say I've never heard a 230 callout, but I worked on these in the workshop and obviously have. First time hearing it in the wild though.

Why was there no autobrake selected? Is this the procedure because of the inop thrustreverser?

I didn't know single engine reverse. Is that why there were no auto-breaks on?
Yes Sir, in this example the landing could be done with no autobraking.
