這道飯最好少煮少吃。或不要學不要煮比較好。因為有澱粉及糖份相當高。常煮常吃會引發糖尿病呢？
有的做法僅供參考。也要想一想會不會引發三高問題。
我若是會煮會以少許菠蘿丁+少許雞胸肉+少許蝦仁+少許红蘿蔔+少許木耳+少許綠花椰菜+少許高麗菜絲+少許塩+少許白胡椒粉+白米+水淹過食材一起煮。這樣比較營養些。

Is depend what types of pineapple 🍍 we buy some are sweet and some are sour 😮. I have tasted pineapple rice is flat taste 😞 (with no sweetness) not what others have tasted and shared that is good and nice to eat. Maybe, the pineapple is still green they Cook and served me 🙄 can someone share and suggest what types of pineapple should I buy and how I know if that one is sweet? 😂 Tq
