All purpose flour (2 and 1/2 cups)
Baking powder 3/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
3 oranges
1 cup of sugar (200g)
3 Eggs
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Measuring Cup size - 250ml
Bake in a preheated oven at 175c for 40-45 minutes
