Yes, what was the point of that tin anyway? I'm not detracting from the video as a whole. Good method, good flavour, I bet. But, the whole point of tat mould is the pretty upside down version. I'd do that recipe with pineapple juice, chopped pineapple in the middle, and butterscotch sauce in the tin first!

I think they just added half at a time. It’s 2 1/2 c of flour with - Tb baking powder. Add to the wet mixture, in 2 parts so you can keep it smooth
