Hey man, when are we gonna go ride scooters 🛴 again?
Hey Justin just saw you on Fouad’s pod. You mentioned your fav maintenance diet was keto. Is that what you’re doing now? Looking fantastic.
Man you watch Compton’s form it immediately reminds me of how Nick Walker trains, just insane amount of mind muscle connection which is amazing to see💪💪💪
There must be some magic 🪄 behind that 😏
@@justincompton1315 😝💪
This is how you need to train back. It takes most people many years to realize that throwing around heavy free weights ain’t it. There’s definitely a place for heavy deadlifts when building mass but this type of back workout is what will get results over time while keeping injury risk minimal.
@@RockyP-xw8rd correct man and unfortunately it took me some time too
Finally! Someone doing great form and rhythm. Not swaying all over the place and swinging things around.
Man I used to go watch all the old Compton videos even the days of him preparing burger paddies 😝 now we get more videos of him he’ll yeah👑💪🔥
Thank you maybe we will try to film full day of eating here soon 🤔
@@justincompton1315 That would be great Champ👑
He’s BACK!!!
👊👊👊
Justin huge again

Nice exercise selection man! Is this how you used to train back back in the day when you were trying to growing too? keep it coming brother! I like the added parts where you were talking, it makes it so much more valuable when you explain a bit about why you choose the exercises you do and how/why you like the exercise order, or how you prefer to execute something etc.
I like what im seeing! great focus, great execution and intensity and effort with good form and tension through the whole rep and set! No bullshit :>
Thank you! Yes, this is very similar to how I trained back in my competitive days. The next video will be very similar format/ style. Glad you are enjoying the content and thank you for your support 🙏🏼
Love this format for the video! Thanks for everything, Justin! I'm doing this workout tonight and looking like you in the morning 😂
@@BillEubanks7 more to come 🙏 chest video will drop next week!
The other day I heard some yokel in my gym say, “really big dudes don’t care about great form and deep stretch, just lift heavy and intensely.” Dude doesn’t watch Compton & countless others who know what they’re doing.
@@SmoothHandle yeah 99% of the top guys actually do have good form and technique 🤦♂️🤣
Great to see someone actually sweat during a workout. So many people at the gym don't even carry a towel with them because they don't break a sweat. Can tell they don't lift heavy.
@@jparks6544 I had a phrase called no strain no gain…if your not straining not not doing anything. So kind of fits hand in hand of getting sweaty and getting after it
Love the video and explanation! Do you do warmup reps before each exercise or are you pretty much going right to the weight you use for the working sets?
Thanks
@@bigrnu1 warm up very thoroughly on the first movement, but usually after that, I might do one filler set depending on the exercise and then I’ll go right after it with heavy weights
Love these, can i ask what was your training split in offseason when you was active competitor
@@Bernandornoerkee8338 it was a standard bro split, but I did back twice a week very often
old school training, great technique, no momentum 💯👌
@@fitness_mag 🙏🙏
Thank you as always. It's refreshing to see a different way of training
