Guys the music in this video is Justin’s band, he kinda does the Kevin levrone thing on his off time.
@@tshatos6442 it’s called copyright laws buddy lol. If we didn’t edit over this, and allow the music in the background to play in the video, then TH-cam is just gonna take it down. Lesson over 🤣
@ just breakin balls, appreciate the content bro
Hi there..tnax alot for great tips ,, justin would u please in next video explain why you keep the weight same for almost 3sets,is this safer and more effective for hypertrophy versus pyramid up weigth each set..once again thank you.
I sometimes do lower the weight if it’s too heavy so that’s subjective
Why people are lying. Yo cannot built 24 without all the drugs. If it was true and you are genetic as you claim you should still have 22 inches arm. I don't really buy this shit that grugs boduilders said. Take the drugs out of them and they appears normal like other people. Look at Kevin Levrone now,he is still training how he lost all his big arm and so on. Some of themstill taking 500 mg a week of test or more and claim they are on TRT. for sure this guy is still using a good amount of drugs.
This video wasn’t about gear. It’s about how to train. Clearly something you should watch as you obviously lack that aspect. I never once claimed natty. So you’re barking up the wrong tree which is typical from the loser-like mentality you have. That, they are 20.5” and that’s me not TRYING. I literally eat less than 3k calories a day. I ate 8k when I had 24” arms. And I am legit on TRT, if you wanna pay for the lab test, I’ll give you my info and you can text me ANY day ANY time, I have a lab within a mile from my house. Catch me “off gaurd” if you think that will work lol, I’ll go get the test. ANY DAY. Otherwise, just shut up and keep scrolling as you literally took zero home from this video other than trying to play the genetic or drug card as to why you have, and always will suck. Come on bro…it’s less than $100 and you can prove it to the world just how much of a liar I am 🤣

I do pretty much the same... 2 pulldown movements, wide and close with supination. Then 3 angles of pull on rows. Low Row, Mid Row, High Row.
First you need gear 😮
@@RicanMarcFit-po3qq actually, first you need to learn to train. Which is the point of this video. Keep thinking gear is what’s holding you back 🤣🤣

@@ludvigelmquist1288 filming again today a Q&A!
Interesting, what are your thoughts on the plate or stack loaded side-lateral machines with the simple padded set up? I get tremendous activation on that machine, so much so it transformed my shoulders in like 3 sessions and brought them up to what they should've been. When I use dumbbells I get very hit or miss results, I don't have poor shoulder health imo but the laterals do bother my acromion joints unless I rotate my thumbs slightly to the upwards. I think this is somewhat normal just different people having different rom in different joints genetically. The bit about the labrum is interesting, as well locking out above the head will pinch the tendon of the supraspinatus as it passes through the subacromial space it gets pinched slightly every time. It may be that in the future everyone will start doing stuff mid-range, time will tell.
@@jessebrown1400 I do those very often actually. I just chose to narrow things down here to 3 movements but I typically will do 6-8 shoulder movements(obviously that’s gonna vary from one session to the next). But I do like the padded machine lateral. I’ve separated an AC joint before so I feel ya on the shoulder pain but mine always got me when training rear delts(until I had it repaired)
Great stuff, I see you do the methodology of training the muscles in every length position. I totally agree with using higher volume on arms, they are small muscles and recover quickly but can also be easily over-trained. Dropping the weight a bit and bumping the sets up is better for just about everything really until you get more advanced. I recently discovered incline or behind-the-back cable curling with "slowish" tempo gives me an excellent stretch as well as a burn. Then I go to a lying close-grip (ez-bar) cable curl and I set the pulley up high so I have constant tension and curl those up to the forehead and I like it even more than the Scott-bench which is something I never thought would happen. I got that exercise from watching a Markus Ruhl training video. This was a good video I will keep checking in!
@@jessebrown1400 all definitely good stuff here! I’ve done all of this before as well and it’s very effective. Although I never had an issue with overtraining on arms….the only muscle that just couldn’t keep up was my quads so I had to train them slightly different

So we just gonna forget that you're watching a lifting video, showing him training? Almost as if training consistently, and having the proper diet would possibly have something to do with it. I could give you all the same gear/steroids as any larger bodybuilder, and you aren't gonna get the same results because your comment shows you don't know the actual value of hard work. It's not magic, and people that actually take gear thinking it is magic find out it takes alot more than just taking gear to grow and actually look like a bodybuilder.

Mostly fish, eggs, bacon, butter, olive oil, avocado, nuts and every now and then I’d throw in another source, then once a week high carb day/cheat day. You gotta moderate your calories to fit your needs that is gonna vary from one person to the next regardless of weight, age and sex. Start higher on the calories and track progress week to week then lower as needed and/or add cardio as needed

Great content and video justin! Like how you explain the whys and hows around the exercises. Is there any particular reason you like to do triceps first and then biceps vs alternating the two or do biceps before triceps? That preacher cable curl looked really good! I didnt know you were so well thought out with your training, not just slanging and banging and doing random exercises like a silly meathead, but thought out and planned to cover all angles and strength curves. Really interesting. Crazy how much volume you are able to handle! Is this a once a week frequency for arms, or are you hitting arms multiple times a week?
@@utubebrowseuploadI sometimes do biceps first, so no preference there, however I do really like supersetting them. I like put all my efforts and energy into one muscle and kill it 100%. That’s just me. And yeah I’ve always been a thinker when it comes to this stuff, I used to sit down 5-10 mins in the gym parking lot before my sessions to determine what I would do before I even got started. Very rarely do I walk into the gym without a well thought out game plan(usually when I’m a strange gym out of town is when that happens and even then I’ll do a walk thru and make notes before starting)

Thank champ, looks on point 💪🏽
You bet
Hi Justin, this may be a stupid question but I notice you chose to do 8-12 reps for your tricep exercises. When you choose a rep range for any given exercise are you picking the rep range based on your intuition/feel or are there specific reasons as to why you may choose 8-12 reps for one exercise, but say 15-20 reps for another exercise? Do you also find that some exercises lend themselves to certain rep ranges? Many thanks, these videos are great!
Only stupid questions is the ones people don’t ask! I usually try to stay in that hypertrophy range although I do like lifting in the 6-8 range often. But I also do this cuz I’m a guy with low lung capacity(always have been even prior to bodybuilding). So for me, on certain movements like bent over rows, deadlifts, squats, leg press, anything that’s very cardiovascular taxing, my lungs will usually give out before the muscle which isn’t ideal so you won’t find me doing 15-20 very often on those lol. I often times would be in the lower range on those so I could lift maximum poundage without gassing out first
Great info!
