A little over 10 years ago, I began waking up two hours before work to learn how to produce music because I enjoyed it. Today I wake up at 4:00am everyday to build the business that was a result of learning how to produce music. I am now one of the few women in the country who owns and operates a recording studio. It's still a work in progress but I have made it a part of my daily life to learn and build. In less than two years, my goals is to quit my day job as a public school music teacher. It has been a long and wonderful journey. I believe I will achieve this goal.

19:00 on the food topic. It's worth looking into how blood sugar and insulin works. Carbohydrates and especially sugar (which is mixed into everything nowadys) will spike your blood sugar which then crashes and makes you tired, cranky, and hungry again to get it up again. Rice, pasta, potatos and so on are often the bulk of the meal since they are cheap and pretty much just carbs.
    Smaller portions means smaller spikes.
I tried Carnivore and then keto and my energy levels are flat over the day and my mood improved drastically. 😅

Spot on Dan - In Buddhist tradition, the early morning hours are considered sacred and auspicious. The specific period referred to as the “Buddhist God Hour” or “Brahma Muhurat” is typically between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. During this time, many Buddhists believe that the mind is most receptive to spiritual practices and that the energy of the universe is particularly conducive to meditation, contemplation, and spiritual growth.

Working the midnight shift for many years I always talk to people about the special feeling that comes into my body around these hours. It happens almost every night, those when I have plenty of sleep and those when I didn't get much sleep during my daytime sleeping hours. That rules out body fatigue. It is something outside myself that creates it. Thanks for sharing.

Brahma Muhurta is a 48-minute period in the early morning that is considered an auspicious time for spiritual practices. To calculate the exact time of Brahma Muhurta in your city, you can use a sunrise and sunset calculator to find the time of sunrise, then subtract two hours.

There’s a video of yours that I once watched where you spoke about allowing yourself to get bored. Changed my life! I’m about to launch my first business that’s gonna fund my next one and I couldn’t have done it if I didn’t cut out distractions and let myself be bored. You are the only person on the internet who’s ever given me a real solution to productivity - simply allowing myself to be bored. I’m still mind blown by all that I’ve been able to accomplish in such a short space of time.

I love this video and it confirms my thinking exactly. The night before I am watching this, I lay in bed drawing in the notes app in my phone, using Bitcoin's price to create a metaphor for my life's progress. Just as in Bitcoin, crypto, or a volatile tech stock, the larger the exponential pump, the larger the correction and or consolidation at the end of the pump. I have experienced multiple of life's exponential pumps in progress, business, fitness, and in my social life. I have on multiple occasions ridden the pump for too long and experienced large corrections that are burnout, or fatigue. I am currently in a state of limbo and perplexity again and am consolidating, but am glad that I found this video that does so well to put the larger picture into perspective. I am excited for the next, and hopefully soon to be, breakout.

I manage our small stock portfolio and have realized the same thing. A good investment sort of has a range it trades in. A stock usually doesn’t go straight up. Ideally it’s like a gentle roller coaster up and to the right, which makes sense as the company adjusts to growth. I think life is a lot like that.

You are the reason i began my journey on social media some weeks ago. Quite inspiring what you got to say, although i'm entrepreneur since 12 years. Couldn't accept or let's say wouldn't accept that its possible to not work that much. To make it possible to have a good earning with just one person. Atm i'm making 10k a month from my freelancing which was always fine to me. From my companies i couldn't get money out, only for my employees over the last decade. But what you say about cycles and everything you got to say shows me that my cycling in good and slow phases is acceptable and the "grind" everyone talks about can be ignored, if someone doesn't want to accept this. So really liking your approach to business and what you got to say. Sadly i just found you 3 weeks ago. Regret i didn't found you earlier. Keep up!

M.A.O. - Maximum Achievable Output (These are the growth cycles)
    M.M.D.- Minimum Maintainable Dose
(Keeping your base level. The plateaus)
It’s for working out you know your MAO could be 7 days a week working out everyday. Just pure grind. But you can’t maintain that. So your MMD is 3x a week and that’s enough to keep the results you’ve achieved.

What's the difference between Kortex Writer boot camp and 2 hours writing course?
For the boot camp, are we going to have continued access to the recording and teaching in the boot camp?

The only issue I've found is intensity causes longer recovery and often there's worse than if you did a small amount at a time.

The worst philosophy I've ever heard is that entrepreneurs should essentially destroy their bodies and mental health for their business.
Once you've lost both you'll know what really matters in life and it's not your "mission".

And sacrificed their family time. This is a very Western poison that has catapulted us forward tremendously scientifically and economically, but at what cost? Our souls.

Question is how does he know so much? Is he a philosopher? What did he do to keep coming up with videos like these every month? I get it-he is his own brand and he is doing ti for the views to make money but I wonder what he invests in (coach, mentors, courses etc.) to learn to think this way.

Because he forced himself to become bored which lead to curiosity which lead to intensity which led to growth in every aspect of his life.
He comes up with endless videos because he’s writing to who he used to be. We are who he used to be.
Views and money are the byproduct of working on your purpose.
Allowing yourself to enter into that state of curiosity will prompt you to invest in coaches, mentors, courses etc.
He simply bettered himself and is now teaching us to do the same.
Create content for the previous versions of yourself. Make your counting findable for the people who resonate to the previous versions of yourself. Provide value. Reveal the problem. Emphasize the pain of not solving said problem. Sell the solution.
