hey man, i love the build! I just got my first car, 2003 dodge ram 2500.. it also has a 5.9. I got it for cheap because it needs a new transmission.. can anyone give me any tips to make the engine last a long time as well as the best transmission to get if i want to push some hp
Hello, I'm currently building my 3rd Gen as well and really like the way yours is coming along. What kind of difference did you notice with the Steed Speed manifold? I also am running the Smarty Jr and CTS 2. How are you able to change settings on the monitor for the tuner?
just a slight drop on EGTs and a very noticeable change in throttle response. I'd say if you are planning on getting one do a drop in turbo as well. it will really compliment the manifold. as far as controlling the smarty with the CTS2 you can only control the Percentage. That can be done by clicking the top of the home screen you should see a number between 0-99 then you can adjusted by selecting +or - I hope this helps been a while since I adjusted it I always keep it at 99.

keep up with maintenance and oil changes. add gauges to monitor fuel pressures. transmissions depends on your budget. fire punk, Randys, muldoons...
