      ​@@fanaberhe202Just ask yourself that are you a slave of your emotions? Are you so weak that you cannot control your mind? First of all you need to manage your mind well and let of the thought you hold "consciously". Anything that reminds you of them, just take your mind off from that. That is a practice that takes some months. Go for something constructive and keep yourself busy. Time will manage the rest.
      Also, be spiritually inclined towards God. If you need something to take your back, then only rely on divine energies. The supernatural creator who has created you has immense potential to heal all your pain. Just the fact that you need to connect yourself with them. :)

    Same happens with me
    I call them "panic attacks" in my own language
    They will stay with me for hours or sometimes days but the positive part is that I feel I'm the happiest person and sadness doesn't look good on my face, so I keep smiling 😁
    And boom💥 tension gayab 😅

    Radhika, you wo t believe this. 15 minutes before watching this video, this was exactly the same advice i was giving myself. Exactly the same anology of sky and clouds, and not to follow your thoughts.
    I switched on my phone to see this reel straight after my thoughts.
    This cant be a coincidence. I think my thoughts are in unison with the universe.

    I have learned to connect with my heart and to shed my tears sometimes when I'm alone releasing all my childhood trauma... And more and more now Im becoming a happy child again..vitality looking younger and being more alive with no more mood swings or depression at all. + I do a lot of Transcendental meditation along with eating organic food and only drinking distilled water ... Quitting social media and lamestream news media... Everything is wholistic... Peace..

    This is the message with exact same analogy in Upanishads and Bhagvadgeeta. The thoughts and feelings are mistaken as self and we suffer . Instead we observe our mind and thought from a observer stand point you understand you are not the mind or the thoughts and hence u r happy always.

    Sharing this video. The problem is if we say this to our peers, they don't accept it as not being empathetic to their sad thoughts. Everything is connected to being depressed and they feel because we aren't feeling like them, will not know it.

    that's exactly what should be done. However, the challenge is to be able to "observe" your feelings objectively from the outside. It's very very difficulat to not be involved in them and to be able to realise one is "feeling".

    From my POV this is the main problem. Firstly we can't make up our mind to share how we're feeling lately and when we do the person in front of us has got the same problem or maybe even a big one than ours...and then you get a feeling that everyone's facing something and that I'm a nerd who just spoke of it. Everyone's lost finding their way out.
