- Most of the times you make and decorate a celebration cake, you'll end up with a few cake scraps as well as some buttercream. Rather than throwing it all away, why not make some cake truffles? These are my favourite thing to make with my leftovers, especially because they come out slightly different every time! Try dipping them in white chocolate too - they're so delicious!
Enjoy!

Thank you for another great tutorial! I have become a hobby decorator from watching your videos. I always recommend your videos in my Facebook decorating groups!
Thanks so much 😊
Thanks for the tip about mixing all the coloured buttercreams with chocolate. So simple, yet so smart!!!
Thank you
Il be making some cake and buttercream to make these as I never have any leftovers. They look delicious
Haha that's a good sign! Yes you can definitely make them from scratch they'll be just as delicious!
I made my sons birthday cake last week then made my own version of these. Also I made Swiss meringue butter cream it was very soft any advice? ❤
Swiss meringue buttercream is a softer buttercream but it should be firm enough for decorating a cake - if you set it in the fired you will see it will become firmer :)
