A couple of details that got me thinking: 1.Kitchen area feels odd with a lack of Cabinets Especially underneath the little window area. 2. The Entrance it’s kind of oddly shaped. ( Main ) 3. The bathrooms lack natural light. 4. A huge master bedroom with a small master bath. ( needs a bit of balance ) 5. Kitchens sell houses , if the back lanai is reduced a couple of feet and rearrange the kitchen it would a be a Winner. Note: I Thank the builder for giving options regarding the floors. Regular customer looking for Simple things. Flooring Simple Walls, No texture or popcorn ceilings Cabinets Pantry Laundry light No oddly shaped Spaces.
