So confused by the “2022 build” the house’s finishes clash everywhere I look. The architectural style is all over the place and even looks like parts could have been built 20 years ago. Looks like an old build where construction was abandoned and then taken over and finished by someone else. It has potential but the renovation costs would be ungodly, and would almost deserve a tear down.

The Foyer is truly spectacular! I just noticed that this house is oddly missing a luxurious Porte-Cochère, at the main entrance, for visiting guests to avoid getting soaked during heavy rainstorms.

A man built this house. There are too many pointless spaces. This house needs to be properly staged/decorated and given some colorful artwork, even a piano. That first floor pond or water feature is a parent's nightmare. I would tell the owners to take it with them. And the brown doors don't match anything. The doors and columns say 1990's when other things are giving 2020.
Well nobody lives there so of course it looks abandoned. If you move your entire immediate family in there modernize furniture and entertain guests it all makes sense.
I love the entryway and the shopping-mall - esque design. I personally envy that. However the bedroom designs and most of the rest of the house and other structures have a log-cabin/lodge feel. I like the lodge design as well (albeit not as much as the shopping mall, modernist style. However those two designs don't mix very well.
In the primary suite where the red rug is. I would put in the biggest jetted tub that I could find. And and wet bar somewhere close by so you can get a really good glass of wine.
This house says I am big and I have soooooo much space that you can modify me the way you want.. The swans are thinking like - what is with that human? Is he an idiot doing all that moving his body like that..😂😂😂
This is a beautiful home absolutely stunning huge in scale and many features and amenities, 200,000 property tax per year before maintenance and utilities but if your buying this house you obviously should be able to afford this majesty
There’s a gym in the Staff quarters but that’s mainly for the staff. In the main house, there’s plenty of space for you to have a gym if you desired. The meditation room could easily become your gym.
Geez ! This house is so big it lacks warmth .. they need a better job at staging to sell this house .. they need to fill this house with ALOT of furniture to make it look like smaller actually .
At this price I would easily take that home for sale by the guy who started Yankee Candle. Off the top of my I believe it has around 120.000 sf with 16 bedrooms. Also 3 lane bowling 🎳 lane and a 2 story arcade. The main feature for me was the infoor pool and by pool I mean lake. It's huge! It has multiple slides and a remote controlled lighting set up that allows it to look like sunset, cloudy or night time. And no, I'm not the real-estate broker 😅🎉
Usually a 30 thousand sq ft home with 18 acres of land in Miami cost a lot more than 17.5 million dollars..Somethings fishy and it ain't that disgusting man-made lake..
Is all that marble, floors & kitchen, sealed so it will not absorb stains through the pores all real marble has? (& Need frequent & expensive cleaning..).
