Download the latest BIOS file
ROG-STRIX-Z790-F-GAMING-WIFI-ASUS-2102.zip
Unzip the file
Rename ROG-STRIX-Z790-F-GAMING-WIFI-ASUS-2102.CAP to SZ790F.CAP
copy the SZ790F.CAP to a USB
Shut down your computer
Insert the USB to the BIOS FlashBack port
Press the BIOS FlashBack button for three seconds and see the green LED blinks
Wait the light goes out
Turn on your computer
