如何升级ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F的BIOS
BIOS Update
Visit ASUS website for BIOS update
rog.asus.com/ca-en/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z790-f-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_bios/
Download the latest BIOS file
ROG-STRIX-Z790-F-GAMING-WIFI-ASUS-2102.zip
Unzip the file
Rename ROG-STRIX-Z790-F-GAMING-WIFI-ASUS-2102.CAP to SZ790F.CAP
copy the SZ790F.CAP to a USB Key
Shut down your computer
Insert the USB to the BIOS FlashBack port
Press the BIOS FlashBack button for three seconds and see the green LED blinks
Wait the light goes out
Turn on your computer

Hello, have you tried the newest ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI BIOS 2503? is it only for non K version I913900 and I914900 processors? i have I913900k and can't update to 2503 BIOS version becouse i have only black screen after uploading driver to motherboar from my usb pendrive. No problems when installing previous version of BIOS for this motherboard.
I have that exact same motherboard. Did what you did, but my light is amber, not green. And it just stayed on solid. Hmmm.
