I couldn't even speak in her presence. Always admired her from a far. For some reason we got in touch 4 months ago, and we talk every day .. At work we spend every second we can with each other. Once you’ve done some soul searching and you are to make the decision that you’re not straight, then I would definitely talk to your friend about your feelings. From my experience when a female likes you she immediately tries to break the touch barrier. If she is bold she hugs you and is always touching you. She is always around you and if you aren't around she will look for you. She tries to get your contact information immediately. I think with a person that is shy that has a crush on you is more comfortable because an aggressive crush forces you to confront her on her actions and if it's a coworker it can become sexual harrassment.
I do all these things with a crush I have at a grocery store.. when I thought I'll ask her number and ask her out she ends up being married to a guy :( she did say she was bi/pan but loyal to her husband.. I grew up in a very strict religious home, borderline abusive brainwashing, and got married off to an abusive man at 19. I finally escaped that, but I didn’t come out until this year and I’m 30. When I was 18, I went out on a date with a girl I really liked. We went to a movie and dinner and flirted a LOT. But I was still very deep in the religious teachings of my parents, and in total denial about my feelings. When she asked at the end of the night if we could see each other again, I suddenly got really freaked out and pretended I didn’t realize it was a date. She was embarrassed and I’m a TERRIBLE PERSON! 😭😭😭 I tried to reach out to her on social media to apologize since coming out, but she’s very hard to find :/ ANYWAY my point is, if the signs are there, she probably does like you, she just may not be ready to accept herself as bi or lesbian. ❤️

I think with a person that is shy that has a crush on you is more comfortable because an aggressive crush forces you to confront her on her actions and if it's a coworker it can become sexual harrassment.

Everyone commenting about how their crushes have ALL the signs but claim to be straight... be patient because maybe she just hasn’t been honest with herself, or maybe she isn’t ready to come out yet.
I grew up in a very strict religious home, borderline abusive brainwashing, and got married off to an abusive man at 19. I finally escaped that, but I didn’t come out until this year and I’m 30.
When I was 18, I went out on a date with a girl I really liked. We went to a movie and dinner and flirted a LOT. But I was still very deep in the religious teachings of my parents, and in total denial about my feelings. When she asked at the end of the night if we could see each other again, I suddenly got really freaked out and pretended I didn’t realize it was a date. She was embarrassed and I’m a TERRIBLE PERSON! 😭😭😭 I tried to reach out to her on social media to apologize since coming out, but she’s very hard to find :/
ANYWAY my point is, if the signs are there, she probably does like you, she just may not be ready to accept herself as bi or lesbian. ❤️

I have a coworker saying I can wear her jacket, and is always extremely happy around me. She told me once that she thinks I’m savage when I defend myself and her voice gets all high pitched around me. She smiles and waves to me when she sees me. But she has a boyfriend who she clearly doesn’t like. She told him to wait in the car once which was the one time he was with her, and she pushed him away when he tried to kiss her. So it’s confusing if she’s flirting with me or just being super friendly.
