I have owned many Nissan trucks in the past and have never had a bad one. No they're not as fancy as some, but they are super reliable and run forever. No turbo. No cylinder deactivation. No problems. I also average around 24 mpg from my ProX in everyday normal driving.
Nissan all the way. Screw the turbo engines.
The pro 4x is imo not trying to compete with the trd pro its more similar to the trd off-road. id rather have the pro4x than either Toyota though the frontier is just so reliable it can't be beat.
Looks the same as the 2024 so what is new I have a a 2018 Frontier 10,700 miles on it..
What about the alternator has to be so low 😂

It doesnt use a zf 9 speed. It uses a 9 speed designed by Mercedes but built by "Jatco" Nissans subsidiary transmission company.
I heard multiple reports that it is the ZF but built by Jatco. Mercedes and Nissan are also no longer partnered...
@@felipeburns4233 Its a Mercedes design NOT the zf/bmw design. I believe Jatco bought the blueprint or rights to make it though. The 9 speed transmission does have its fair share of failures though. I wish it was a ZF transmission.
@@felipeburns4233 "GE9r01a" is the transmission made for the Titans and Frontiers. They have quite a few issues. Its based off of Mercedes' 9g-tronic transmission and licensed to Jatco/Nissan.
I got myself a 2024 Baja Storm pro4x without any dealer installed overpriced parts, no fancy sensors, just a back up camera and that’s it. And yes, cloth seats and I absolutely love the truck
And yeah, I was able to negotiate the price with the dealer from $45,500 to $39,500
Frontier is the only one I'd buy, the rest are straight trash.
I have one. It is exactly the same truck except for the Trans is not a cvt anymore. There is nothing special about it. Basic truck.
I love my 2024 frontier. The new Tacomas are already having transmission issues.
Can someone tells Nissan to offer a MT option please 🙏?
