I'm 24, the same age as Ryan was when Lehman brothers collapsed in 2008. And at the moment the world is going through a very similar transition. I just hope I can be as half as successful as Ryan is by 2028. I honestly think the down market is the greatest time to prove yourself while everybody else is sitting on the sidelines. Also, stay safe everyone.

@@jennifertran5171 i think it is always a buyers market. if there were no buyers, nobody could sell. But in a portfolio anything you buy now will be a solid investment held long term.

Wow Ryan what a story! I am a rookie agent (well in my 1st yr) and I had a REALLY rough start. But I finally recently closed my first deal and hungry for more. My market center has restored my faith. But i found it Very interesting when you said you don’t work for the client and you work for the deal and you explained it. I was a retail manager for 20 yrs and quickly I learned stuff I needed to a dress when I interviewed a potential employee and it was like literally like what you said you did. I let them tell me about them. Then I told them about the company and then how I run my store and I asked them at the end if they understood and if they could handle it and if so we shook hands they got their schedules.

Bro u gotta go to McDonald highlands here in Vegas. On this of the new houses in the neighborhood is massive! Pretty sure it is like 17mil or something. It has a bowling alley, b-ball court, full glass walls, huge hang out room/game room, etc. Beautiful views of the strip. Such a cool house.
