BRO! this is my hood! I live 45 seconds away from this spot lol. Great spot you went to. but man this lil town has top tier food all around. central falls is a one square mile town. smallest city in the country but we have all types of cultures

Went here after watching, excellent homemade food. Watch out for the Pawtucket automatic speed traps. I only go to Pawtucket for this place otherwise avoid the speed trap city!
I have a lil taqueria right up the street from my apartment. An old Mexican lady owned it for years and years. Most of her employees were also from Mexico. About a year ago she sold it, unfortunately. Now the food is about the same but customer service is terrible. It takes like 20 minutes to get a burrito. They used to have homemade drinks too. I liked the watermelonade. It's like lemonade but with watermelons. They had one with cantaloupe too. That was good but the watermelon was lit. I still go from time to time. It's still the best carne asada burrito in town, especially with extra red salsa. If you get chips and beans you can get a taco and top the beans with that instead of cheese. Or both. It's a good lil joint
You're right about the asada. I rarely get it too cause they usually overcook it everywhere. I'm more of a lengua, carnitas,pastor guy with the occasional tripas

Latin food comes straight from the soul. Not everyone can make tortillas by hand. It’s an art form. I’m Puertorican but Mexican food is one of my go to’s, when done properly. Big Up to this young brother. Saludos desde Brooklyn, Nueva York.

If you go to the Caribbean for example, Jamaica specifically restaurants don’t make homemade jerk seasoning; again, they can’t be bothered. I work in food services, most restaurants, especially inexpensive ones try to minimize cost, time, and waste. But, go ahead with your assumption! 😑
