I was not convinced until I spent 2 days with her, interviewed everyone that I could find in her village, and heard about her doctor visits in Dubai. Oh, come on, man, don't post stuff from fraud-artists. If she's not in a North Korean or Chinese dictatorship with closed-circuit TV cameras on her all the time, we can't prove that she was NOT eating. Not eating or drinking would have been a good trick to know for those Chinese girls killed in orphanages by being locked in a room for days. You're lucky you haven't met the guy who made the car that runs on water in your travels.
The doctors forced glucose through her blood stream when they knew she was pregnant....I believe that was a big mistake.... Just like she miraculosly fasted for 16 years and counting, who knows what other miracle we were going to witness. Sometimes, science does't know shit!
The video said something about her getting glucose during pregnancy from doctors. I'm not sure if injected or through swallowing, but still that's not enough nutrients. I agree, the child being healthy is the biggest miracle! I mean children lacking just one vitamin, folic acid, causes extreme brain deformities and those children don't live past a few hours.

I've fasted for 1 week before and after 3 days of not eating, its like your body feels like it doesn't even need food anymore and you no longer feel hungry. I did drink water though.
If her only claim was that she did not eat but never gave birth and drank plenty of fluids, I might have an ounce of belief. But this is way beyond the scope of believability. Humans can go weeks if not months on just water. There was an obese man Angus Barbieri who went 382 days without eating food and followed by real medical personnel. In that time, he went from 456 lbs to 180 lbs, so basically starved himself and the only reason he was still alive was because he had so much weight to lose.
yeah i use to be like this naturally as a kid. the water thing is whats hard to believe. but look into Breatharian and Solarian. itll make more sense. but still not quite fathomable
I am Ethiopian and I have heard her story on EBS (local media) years ago and she said growing up she was struggling a lot in life and sometimes being starved is one of them and one day she asked God for a food because she was hungry but God on the other side make the starvation go away and she never had to eat from then. Not everything is explained in science. Try to see it from a spiritual perspective.
@sammifruitbat The devil would NOT increase people's faith like this -- even if he had the power to perform miracles of this magnitude, which he doesn't. Muluwork is very happy to not need food or drink of any kind. She loves to cook and feed people who need nourishment to live, but she has NO desire or need for food. She would not be special if she had to eat. She's like a Heavenly being who doesn't need food or drink. This miracle is one of many signs from God, that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and God lives in Heaven, our eternal destination if we're good and kind like Muluwork.
I think the language barrier mixed up the meaning of her saying she wants to be famous... she doesn't want fame for the usual reasons, she wants her story to be known to give glory to God.

As someone said, she was starving and asked God for food but God decided to take the desire for food away from her instead. She is a living miracle. Elijah ate one cake baked by an Angel and survived 40 days. The children of Israel ate manna in the wilderness and survived for years. It was pure energy sent by God. They never had to go to the toilet. Their clothes and shoes never deteriorated. Where does she get her energy from?? Either her body performs just like a plant and absorbs the sun’s energy or she gets it supernaturally. With God all things are possible. She passed all the doctors’ tests so stop questioning her truthfulness. She has no reason to lie. Everyone around her testified that they have never seen her eat or drink. Your life and mine is in the Hands of God and does not depend on whether you eat or don’t eat. She can die like anyone else after she finishes God’s purpose. God is displaying to humanity what He can do. God likes to show scientists, “If you think you know something, solve this!” Man’s knowledge is foolishness to God. She definitely has a purpose and because she is soo pure she was given this job to teach people to eat less and healthy from the fruits of the earth as they keep you connected to Source and then ANYTHING is possible - and I will throw in another tit bit - in some years to come all wise people will start eating less and they will live well and be healthy and on top of it in harmony with all creation of Source.

I only eat 1 meal a day for an entire decade now. my body has adapted a long time ago. I can't imagine eating 3 meals a day -like that's too much food and too much time spent cooking and eating. Life is SO much more than that.
Yes, I also used to eat like that (when I was eating low carb), but that's VERY different than not eating at all, as she claims to be doing and as other breatharians do. Of course I don't know what the truth of the matter is when it comes to her specifically, but I would just remind people that there is such a thing as breatharians (people who live only on tne energy in the air and sun, which is also innately in us. In the east this energy is called Prana or Chi and it is viewed as the part of God/Tao/Brahman/All That Is/Being in us). I have personally visited India 17 years ago and visited an ashram (spirit-loving commune) with a man who claims to have not eaten for 23 years but lives only on the prana/energy in the air and sun. He stares directly at the rising sun for about 15 minutes every morning and 15 minutes directly at the setting sun every evening. Direct eye contact with the sun (safe to do when the sun is at a low angle in the sky, just after sunrise and just before sunset). The rest of the day his skin is in contact with the sun rays most of the day (except the peak heat of midday) He does a lot of prana-yama (yoga breathing, meant to utilise the prana in the air and activate the part of Brahman/God within us) and also does many other yoga postures, and chants sacred chants in the beautiful Sanskrit language (ancient language of the Vedas). He is barefoot all the time and in direct contact with the earth. He sleeps shortly after sunset, wakes up naturally with the first light of dawn, and doesn't use any electronic devices. He was flown to Germany for medical checks and verification, and was under 24/7 medical supervision by doctors there for several weeks and they confirmed his claims (though they had no medical explanation for this). This visit and medical checks in Germany are fully documented and can be seen at the ashram. There are also official records in the German hospital. He sleeps in a simple earthern room (made of dried clay/mud, which is actually really pleasant and has a very nice feeling in it) on a thin mat on the floor, with other people in the room, so there is no possibility of him sneaking out to the ashram's kitchen - which is 100meters away from where he sleeps - to eat at 3am 🙂 many people would have noticed if he did that. and like I mentioned, in Germany he was under 24/7 medical observation. Of course that doesn't mean anything about this woman's story, but I'm just mentioning it so that people are aware that breatharians do exist..
I find that it's pretty common for ppl to only eat once a day. I only eat once, but not really intentionally. It just happens to conveniently fit into my daily schedule that way.

Who am I to judge? I’ve seen so many miracles in my life. Cancer one day, gone the next. A person dying with no chance of survival from Pneumonia, having exhausted all antibiotics. Then she was prayed over in tongues by my mother. That moment her fever broke. The following day, her lungs were clear. And a day later, she was home. I felt my dad when he passed. Felt him go through me. My mom expressed surprise at seeing my dad and her sisters when she was dying. They had already passed. So, for me anything is possible.
I personally believe that if it’s God‘s will for this woman not to eat, then it’s most definitely possible. Jesus did 40 days and 40 nights without food or water and survived in the desert. That would kill any normal human being, and we know that that was God‘s will. Ultimately, though only God knows the truth. I’ve seen many miracles myself, including healing of pancreatic cancer that kills 98% of its victims. God is good.❤🙏🏻✝️

I lived off water and apple juice for 3 months. I have cancer. My total taste for food was gone even though I wanted it. When I would try to eat I would vomit it back up even juice and milk. Hard time for me. I believe her. With God nothing is impossible.
In my district too, there is a person named Prahlad Jani alias Chundariwala Mataji who did not eat anything all his life but now he is not alive. He died at the age of ninety.
Yes but other doctors and scientists from europe denied that to be true, the case of Prahlad Jani. And still I believe Jani did not eat but had a liquid or water somehow and he used to meditate for ever and were doing nothing, not moving a lot and only being in a meditative state, also those Indian Yogics, Bretharians and Pranics are all bones and skin and are very very thin and are not moving a lot, this lady had a child( no woman can give a birth of child with no water no food so lying) she did not loose lots of weight and has a belly, she claims no water no food for 16 yrs, amd she has plenty of energy and moves around, and her aura has no peace and her eye ball koves a lot, so this is not true, and spiritually, scientifically is not possible.

Nope. There are currently around 20k people in the world who live without eating. But you'd need to believe in something you probably won't believe just because our science is yet able to explain this possibility for every human. Without an open mind it's impossible to believe it.

So the NO water has me confused. I have gone 6 months without food before. Fasting and praying for Gods answers. Though I had to have water with electrolights. My body would cramp without, and i wouldn't be able to walk or even lay down because of extreme cramping. I'd have to see it for myself. I can not take your word for it.

People with anorexia who do not eat at all or just a little bit , you can see their body’s , they looking like skull. This woman maybe not eat solid food ? But she is taking kalories in an other way . Maybe bananas smoothie or anything else liquid that nourish her . Because her body and her face is not at all the body of people with real anorexia .

I am an Ethiopian I heard this news many years ago on a local TV station. Help her to be sponsored by a known research centre. Then discover the truth. She will have a chance to travel and discover the world on the other hand the research centre will have an interesting case study. It will be a win win situation.
I think that she deserves an additional and completely documented trip to a reputable doctor with 100% supervision to determine if this is true or a publicity stunt. If what's happening here is legitimate then the world itself as a whole would benefit from even further studies into her condition.

Yep, she admitted not being able to produce any breast milk.. As far as nutrients go, that's what the placenta is for. The fetus receives all it needs through the mother's blood supply. There is no food in the fetus stomach. It is merely an exchange of blood and oxygen from the Mother. She clearly is able to somehow maintain proper chemical balance of vital minerals and micro nutrients. I'm not condoning a woman starve herself while pregnant, that is for sure! Her child may very well have all sorts of issues as she grows up, hard to tell.

You guys are very gracious. It’s always comfortable to watch your videos. And this has really sparked an interesting conversation. She is lovely and peaceful and I love that she has a deep faith. She’s also so flexible without any thought. Cooking on what seemed to be a hot plate on the floor. I think furniture does us a disservice. We forget that we are strong and flexible. In Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity fasting days (with in one year 250 fasting days in different season) we fast more than 18 hrs ...we are allowed to eat only between 3pm -8pm for this reason she may develop stop eating at all. God is great all the time💕
There is around 20.000 people known, from allover the world, who thrive without food! 💚Mira Omerzel Mirit is one of them, from my country, Slovenia, who came foward publicly aswell. She wrote many interesting books about the phenomenon, they are translated to English aswell. Fascinating! I wish I had that kind of alignment of Awareness, Allowance, body chemistry and trust. There are many ways to "feed" your body, fossil fuels(food as well know) is only one of them.
I grew up on the mission field in a third world country. I heard a missionary tell about a mountain village that was cut off from all supply lines for months because of earthquakes that caused massive landslides. When rescue workers finally reached the village, they expected to find the people dead or dying of starvation. Instead, they found a happy, healthy community. When the would-be rescuers inquired as to how that was possible, they were told, "an angel of the Lord appeared to us and told us to sit around our dinner tables and read the Bible out loud until we felt full. That's what we've been doing."
My grandma told me a story about how she would fast for 1-3 months at a time and she sincerely believed it was the lord that kept her going. I don't know a whole lot about fasting and would imagine someone would be malnourished if they didn't eat anything, but my grandma always said we as humans can technically live for a month or more at a time without food.
@@sevrinaanastasia the longest recorded fast was Angus Barbieri, a Scottish man who fasted for 382 days. Under medical supervision, he did take vitamin supplements though. But, so long as we have access to fluids, we can fast for quite a long period of time without.

If you read the book "Autobiography of a Yogi" written bij Paramahansa Yogananda, he writes in one chapter about the woman who met in some village, she was sixty years old and also she at nothing, but was very healthy. Like this woman of the video, the old lady liked to cook for others. She was considered a saint.

I met a woman in Switzerland who was very similarly humble like Muluwork but she must be in her 70 ties now. She did not tell anybody in that course of family constellation that we attended that she does not eat. However when we walked back to the train station I asked her if there was something special in her life that might be interesting to tell me about. So she shrugged her shoulders like well, there is nothing really special that I could tell you except for maybe that I dont eat since many years. It goes completely unnoticed here in Switzerland. If you are interested I could ask a friend of mine who probably still knows her name.
The mind is very powerful! My mother was mentally ill and could survive weeks without food or water, but she wasn't active like Muluwork. I was curious about the father of her child, and if she's married? Is it ok in their culture to have babies unwed?Did she have the baby at home or in a hospital!? I watched a near death experience once where the individual described visiting another world and the people there didn’t eat or drink. They existed and thrived on power from Almighty Living God. They were surprised to learn that humans still took their power from things that used to be living. Perhaps this gal is quite advanced.

I had the experience of seeing Ethiopia. I was there in November of 1984, one month before Ted Kennedy. Some of it is quite beautiful. The people are humble.
This story was aired more than 7 years ago. This girl was a house maid and the family who hired her were very much concerned about her not eating and if I remembered it right, she was let go back to her village and the guy from Addis heared about her and went to visit her. This word goes out to local authorities and they think it will be a good tourist attraction for that remote area. The local authorities built a house where she can stay and see guests. t's a state that's well known and described in yoga. There have been famous cases in Europe, such as that of Therese Neumann, a Catholic mystic from the early 20th century. In India, Ma Ananda Mayi, the great saint of India, was known to go several months without eating. It's a spiritual manifestation.
It's sadly impossible. Food can be stored in fat cells in your body. This can make it possible to go long periods of time without eating. Water on the other hand is completely necessary. Without it, all of the cells that make up the human body would not be able to survive. Notably, blood that is composed of water allowing your organs to functions.. carrying oxygen to your lungs and nutrients to your tissues.. you would not be able to survive long without water. It is far more likely she is a religious charlatan who wants others to believe it is a gift from god.
She's probably getting all her energy from the steam and smell coming from the food she cooked (Energy is neither created nor destroyed but transformed from one state to another). (it is very clear she loves cooking). Such incientances are common in many traditional homes in Papua New Guinea (Pacific), where ladies who cooked food often lose their appetite to eat, after prolonged inhaling of the steam coming out from the cooking food and soup. I just never heard of anyone living on steam (only inhaling of steams from food) as a source of energy for 15 plus years. Those, I know, often ends up eating later on. There's probably something special about this Ethiopian lady.

You’re still just as hungry, only difference is you don’t “want” to eat. (I happen to know this feeling quite well just because my metabolism’s too fast & eating makes me sick, then the food’s gone after a few minutes)
I myself once was meditating so much and just naturally was led to doing breathwork and I just deeply knew that I could become a breathinarian (someone who doesn’t eat, just knows they can absorb energy from their surroundings/air). Once you do more research into breathinarianism, this won’t seem so unusual. It’s nice to see another story like this becoming known. ❤️👌

Calories in, calories out. That's the name of the game. If there is a god, this is how he designed us. This is definitely how nature designed us. I fast often. After a few days, hunger goes away. But I lose close to a pound a day. And after a week, my energy starts to drop. Eating takes a moment but the food is welcome and the weight comes back. This girl has a bit of a belly on her. I've noticed a lots of people calling her liar but that's human nature. Anytime we come across anything beyond our basic logic and scientific explanations, we tend to disprove them but it shouldn't always be like that.

I barely eat, and I feel strong and with a lot of energy, it is will what keep you going, when you start ignoring hunger you can control the obsession of eating, people may be afraid that they will die if they don't eat many times a day, that doesn't happen, you actually take away many things that stop you on your day if you stop eating, all those toxins, grease, weight that your body had to pull every time you move, all that goes away, you end up being lightweight, agile, fast, and full of energy, and you gain control over the temptation of pleasure that don't allow you to do many things because you have to be pulled to pleasure, once you get rid of the temptation of pleasure you are free to do other things.

For instance, an issue in your gut causing your body to malfunction (blockages etc.) and if it's cleared out it will function correctly again? Just another perspective to consider. There is a lot we don't know. This perspective is found in Arnold Erhet's book on fasting and the Mucusless Diet Healing System if you want to look into it.

I've fasted for 1 week before and after 3 days of not eating, its like your body feels like it doesn't even need food anymore and you no longer feel hungry. I did drink water though.
If her only claim was that she did not eat but never gave birth and drank plenty of fluids, I might have an ounce of belief. But this is way beyond the scope of believability. Humans can go weeks if not months on just water. There was an obese man Angus Barbieri who went 382 days without eating food and followed by real medical personnel. In that time, he went from 456 lbs to 180 lbs, so basically starved himself and the only reason he was still alive was because he had so much weight to lose.

I am Ethiopian and I have heard her story on EBS (local media) years ago and she said growing up she was struggling a lot in life and sometimes being starved is one of them and one day she asked God for a food because she was hungry but God on the other side make the starvation go away and she never had to eat from then. Not everything is explained in science. Try to see it from a spiritual perspective.

As someone said, she was starving and asked God for food but God decided to take the desire for food away from her instead. She is a living miracle. Elijah ate one cake baked by an Angel and survived 40 days. The children of Israel ate manna in the wilderness and survived for years. It was pure energy sent by God. They never had to go to the toilet. Their clothes and shoes never deteriorated.
Where does she get her energy from?? Either her body performs just like a plant and absorbs the sun’s energy or she gets it supernaturally. With God all things are possible. I only eat 1 meal a day for an entire decade now. my body has adapted a long time ago. I can't imagine eating 3 meals a day -like that's too much food and too much time spent cooking and eating. Life is SO much more than that.

Yes, I also used to eat like that (when I was eating low carb), but that's VERY different than not eating at all, as she claims to be doing and as other breatharians do.
Of course I don't know what the truth of the matter is when it comes to her specifically, but I would just remind people that there is such a thing as breatharians (people who live only on tne energy in the air and sun, which is also innately in us. In the east this energy is called Prana or Chi and it is viewed as the part of God/Tao/Brahman/All That Is/Being in us).
I have personally visited India 17 years ago and visited an ashram (spirit-loving commune) with a man who claims to have not eaten for 23 years but lives only on the prana/energy in the air and sun. He stares directly at the rising sun for about 15 minutes every morning and 15 minutes directly at the setting sun every evening. Direct eye contact with the sun (safe to do when the sun is at a low angle in the sky, just after sunrise and just before sunset).
The rest of the day his skin is in contact with the sun rays most of the day (except the peak heat of midday)
He does a lot of prana-yama (yoga breathing, meant to utilise the prana in the air and activate the part of Brahman/God within us) and also does many other yoga postures, and chants sacred chants in the beautiful Sanskrit language (ancient language of the Vedas).
He is barefoot all the time and in direct contact with the earth.
He sleeps shortly after sunset, wakes up naturally with the first light of dawn, and doesn't use any electronic devices.
He was flown to Germany for medical checks and verification, and was under 24/7 medical supervision by doctors there for several weeks and they confirmed his claims (though they had no medical explanation for this). This visit and medical checks in Germany are fully documented and can be seen at the ashram. There are also official records in the German hospital.
He sleeps in a simple earthern room (made of dried clay/mud, which is actually really pleasant and has a very nice feeling in it) on a thin mat on the floor, with other people in the room, so there is no possibility of him sneaking out to the ashram's kitchen - which is 100meters away from where he sleeps - to eat at 3am 🙂 many people would have noticed if he did that. and like I mentioned, in Germany he was under 24/7 medical observation.
Of course that doesn't mean anything about this woman's story, but I'm just mentioning it so that people are aware that breatharians do exist..

Who am I to judge? I’ve seen so many miracles in my life. Cancer one day, gone the next. A person dying with no chance of survival from Pneumonia, having exhausted all antibiotics. I personally believe that if it’s God‘s will for this woman not to eat, then it’s most definitely possible. Jesus did 40 days and 40 nights without food or water and survived in the desert. That would kill any normal human being, and we know that that was God‘s will. Ultimately, though only God knows the truth. I’ve seen many miracles myself, including healing of pancreatic cancer that kills 98% of its victims. God is good.❤🙏🏻✝️

And speaking more specifically about the issue, of course I don't know what the truth of the matter is when it comes to her specifically, but I think it's worthwhile for people to be aware that there is such a thing as breatharians (people who live only on tne energy in the air and sun, which is the same energy that we are made of. In the east this energy is called Prana or Chi and it is viewed as the part of God/Tao/Brahman/Being/All that is in us).
I have personally visited India 17 years ago and visited an ashram (spirit-loving commune) with a man who claims to have not eaten for 23 years but lives solely on the prana/energy in the air and sun. He stares directly at the rising sun for about 15 minutes every morning and 15 minutes directly at the setting sun. Direct eye contact with the sun (safe to do when the sun is at a low angle in the sky, just after sunrise and just before sunset).
The rest of the day his skin is in direct contact with the sun rays most of the day.
He does a lot of prana-yama (yoga breathing, meant to utilise the prana in the air and activate the part of God/Brahman within us) and many other yoga postures, and sings really beautiful sacred Hindu chants in sanskrit.
He is barefoot all the time and in direct contact with the earth.
He sleeps shortly after sunset, wakes up naturally shortly before sunrise, and doesn't use any electronic devices.
He was flown to Germany for medical checks and verification, and was under 24/7 medical supervision by doctors there for several weeks and they confirmed his claims (though they had no medical explanation for this). This visit and medical checks in Germany are fully documented and can be seen at the ashram. There are also records in the German hospital.
He sleeps in a very simple earthern room made of clay/mud (on a bamboo mat on the floor) with other people in the room (so there is no possibility of him sneaking out to the ashram's kitchen - which is 100meters away from where he sleeps - to eat at 3am 🙂 If he did that then numerous people would have noticed, and like I mentioned, in Germany he was under 24/7 medical supervision.
Of course that doesn't mean anything about this woman's story, but I'm just mentioning it becasue I thunk it's worthwhile for people to be aware that breatharians do exist..

Yep, she admitted not being able to produce any breast milk.. As far as nutrients go, that's what the placenta is for. The fetus receives all it needs through the mother's blood supply. There is no food in the fetus stomach. It is merely an exchange of blood and oxygen from the Mother. She clearly is able to somehow maintain proper chemical balance of vital minerals and micro nutrients. I'm not condoning a woman starve herself while pregnant, that is for sure! Her child may very well have all sorts of issues as she grows up, hard to tell.

I heard a missionary tell about a mountain village that was cut off from all supply lines for months because of earthquakes that caused massive landslides. When rescue workers finally reached the village, they expected to find the people dead or dying of starvation. Instead, they found a happy, healthy community. When the would-be rescuers inquired as to how that was possible, they were told, "an angel of the Lord appeared to us and told us to sit around our dinner tables and read the Bible out loud until we felt full. That's what we've been doing."
The lord works in mysterious ways. Far fetched as it sounds, I'm prepared to believe it.
My grandma told me a story about how she would fast for 1-3 months at a time and she sincerely believed it was the lord that kept her going. I don't know a whole lot about fasting and would imagine someone would be malnourished if they didn't eat anything, but my grandma always said we as humans can technically live for a month or more at a time without food.

I met a woman in Switzerland who was very similarly humble like Muluwork but she must be in her 70 ties now. She did not tell anybody in that course of family constellation that we attended that she does not eat. However when we walked back to the train station I asked her if there was something special in her life that might be interesting to tell me about. So she shrugged her shoulders like well, there is nothing really special that I could tell you except for maybe that I dont eat since many years. It goes completely unnoticed here in Switzerland. I beleive the girl is not lying but its is beyond scientific explanation. if a person fall from a high rise building let us say 10th floor and survived; I thing we just call it a miracle or a lucky person, same goes for Mulualem, she is as honest as that beautiful village we saw on the video.

In India, Ma Ananda Mayi, the great saint of India, was known to go several months without eating. It's a spiritual manifestation.
It's sadly impossible. Food can be stored in fat cells in your body. This can make it possible to go long periods of time without eating. Water on the other hand is completely necessary. Without it, all of the cells that make up the human body would not be able to survive. Notably, blood that is composed of water allowing your organs to functions.. carrying oxygen to your lungs and nutrients to your tissues.. you would not be able to survive long without water. It is far more likely she is a religious charlatan who wants others to believe it is a gift from god.

She's probably getting all her energy from the steam and smell coming from the food she cooked (Energy is neither created nor destroyed but transformed from one state to another). (it is very clear she loves cooking). Such incientances are common in many traditional homes in Papua New Guinea (Pacific), where ladies who cooked food often lose their appetite to eat, after prolonged inhaling of the steam coming out from the cooking food and soup. I just never heard of anyone living on steam (only inhaling of steams from food) as a source of energy for 15 plus years. Those, I know, often ends up eating later on. There's probably something special about this Ethiopian lady.

The reason that happens is basically from smelling food all the time. Your appetite disappears because your brain gets tricked into thinking you ate. You’re still just as hungry, only difference is you don’t “want” to eat.
(I happen to know this feeling quite well just because my metabolism’s too fast & eating makes me sick, then the food’s gone after a few minutes)

I've noticed a lots of people calling her liar but that's human nature. Anytime we come across anything beyond our basic logic and scientific explanations, we tend to disprove them but it shouldn't always be like that.
Isn't it more likely she is just a liar? It would be easy to prove by putting her in a metabolic ward and tracking her weight. If true, she's not only a medical miracle but she violates the laws of physics as we know them.

I barely eat, and I feel strong and with a lot of energy, it is will what keep you going, when you start ignoring hunger you can control the obsession of eating, people may be afraid that they will die if they don't eat many times a day, that doesn't happen, you actually take away many things that stop you on your day if you stop eating, all those toxins, grease, weight that your body had to pull every time you move, all that goes away, you end up being lightweight, agile, fast, and full of energy, and you gain control over the temptation of pleasure that don't allow you to do many things because you have to be pulled to pleasure, once you get rid of the temptation of pleasure you are free to do other things.

For instance, an issue in your gut causing your body to malfunction (blockages etc.) and if it's cleared out it will function correctly again? Just another perspective to consider. There is a lot we don't know. This perspective is found in Arnold Erhet's book on fasting and the Mucusless Diet Healing System if you want to look into it.
