For removing fat from broth, a fat separator is indispensable. Works a lot better than a spoon or ladle. You can find a good 4 cup size on Amazon pretty cheap. Mine has a strainer cover that’s great for getting out the veggies or herbs.

I have never taste oxtail, but it looks good 👍🏾. I am always asking about subs for worcestershire sauce. If anyone is allergic to 🐟, there is a vegan sauce that can be used. I have not tried it yet and of course I would not know if it was a close taste or not 🤣😅.
