I just discovered this Pilates programe 2 weeks ago and so far I've done all 7 workouts. They are great and I just love the way they are explaining everything you need to notice in your body when you are doing Pilates exercises. I will try more of their programmes. I always wanted to try Pilates. Before I've done only body lifting and unfortunately, I injured one of my shoulders and couldn't do that anymore so I thought why not Pilates. Hi Sam, I do repeat your sessions as it helps me come to perfect the breathing and movement, synchronising the two. It is something that I need to relearn as you tried to survive the best way you know how when doing exercises and sport, while growing up. It is very explicit your instructions and demonstrations.
