    Today was the first day ever in yoga that I actually felt how powerful the deep breathing technique is. It felt like the cords in my lower back were finally cut loose. What a great feeling. Thank you Kino.

    Just found this....and finished Day 4. I have periodically attended yoga classes and I have to say that I am enjoying these short bursts of classes to help build strength and stamina. As I am sitting here ready to go to bed, I have just noticed that the nagging back pain on my right side is not there. I look forward to completing this series and hopefully sticking with a practice.

      Just a little but not too much. It takes years to really progress in yoga and it’s best to practice little by little.

    Hey Kino, I love that you have this series!! I have lower back issues and I am wondering what I can do in place of updog and Chaturanga. Sorry I’m kind of behind the times and not up with you to day 20.

      Thanks for joining. You can do plank or place your knees on the ground instead of chaturanga and cobra pose instead of upward dog.

    I don’t think I hate anything more than being half way through a yoga video, In a pose, and having to completely stop to skip adds because if I don’t they will keep on rolling…. Can’t they be places at the beginning or end?

    hey beloved i want to correct you on something kino my love, we are not the body, we are the mind and only the mind, i notice you say, we are the breath and body, i disagreed, we are the mind and the breath! ask you your spirit within, or ask the holy spirit, for you understand that part of you, you misguided other by saying they are the body! but the practice is awesome my love.... but for future encouragement we are the MIND & Breath.... the ego makes you think you the flesh! your not the flesh but the mind who perceived what it continue to teach it self

      We are definitely not the body. You’re absolutely right. And yet in yoga we can learn be with our bodies in a space of love and kindness

      @@KinoYoga that's how the ego want you to feel/ perceived such way about your body, but if you tell thee mind ye want to feel amazing, flexible, love, kindness, joy, than the wholeness in us will feel such way is not the body that feels kino, is the mind that allow you to feel, what your ego perceived of the body, so i ask you kino are you the head or the tail, meaning from where do think from your flesh or the mind? the flesh feels what the mind feels(imagine it to feel, or envision) and perceived therefore, is the mind that control the body and make the body as we wish to make it feel. so if you want to feel kindness love peace in our body, than we speak in such a way our body flesh will feel such way! but is the mind that control the flesh the body, who don't speak but know what to do because our mind already knows what to do, neatly to say, when you're dreaming, you mind continues to be active, unconsciously manifesting while you sleep! is the body that's get tired, exhausted, it can't keep up with our active intelligence of being. are you that aware or you just enlighten by it? big difference beloved sister. the more you think your the body the more you think you are of this world. and your highest self can totally agreed, he goes by the holy spirit, jesus christ kind of spirit w.e you wish to call that voice within you.... your right side of the mind is the ego, your left side of mind is the holy spirit, remember that. sometimes the ego make it-self known to and make you think is that good voice in you, i talk from plenty of experiences, it make you think is your highest self, yet it ain't but the ego playing along to what you get along with already, like can you tell your highest self apart from your ego, be honest can you? this what i mean that you just enlighten enchant by it... as well as the people who agreed with you personally... well iam that iam, J c speaking threw me hehe... namaste beautiful soul....
