I just enabled a free 7 day trial for a long trip coming up. Already I am realizing that I cannot pick a route like with Google. I understand that this is routing me along the safe places, but I know for a fact that the first 250 miles can be driven down the Natchez Trace, where I can easily stop with the dogs, and drive slow (read: better mpg). I am trying to drag the trip, but it's not very intuitive and is creating multiple waypoints along the way, but simply won't allow me to just select the Natchez Trace... I am going to keep tinkering with it, but so far I am not off to a good start... Otherwise, great job on the different ideas when using the Trip Wizard. Great video. Thanks!

Yes, you use your phone's cell service BUT you can download the maps for your route so that when/if you lose cell service, it still is able to navigate for you.
