Utah, Bring me two! There's something special about this movie. Its makes me feel nostalgic for a time that I wasn't even alive yet. Great movie! I recently bought it so I can watch it on my phone wherever I go.

@Knives point Break was huge when it was out. I don't know what you're talking about. Maybe it wasn't a critical success but it was hugely popular from the getgo. Still is today and will probably remain so.

Watching these scenes accompanied by the haunting & solemn music has evoked so much in the way of sadness & nostalgic, heartfelt recollection. For I can keenly remember watching this movie with my father out in my coastal Massachusetts hometown back in the early 90s, as he greatly enjoyed it, basically everything about it. Watching various movies together was one of our favorite pastimes. Sadly my father now belongs to the ages, as he passed away three years ago, never truly knowing how much he was loved, admired & appreciated. And although a depressed & melancholy person my father actually possessed a fantastic sense of humor, while he wasn't judgemental, callous or unsentimental. Just the opposite, a huge hearted guy of the old school variety who worked hard, loved deeply & made everyone feel special around him. A great person in general. Now he's gone.
Thank God for the memories. And for this truly magnificent & memorable masterpiece, one that my father had high praise for. RIP dad, see you in the next lifetime

@@gianlucamarras4483 I was in Highschool when this movie came out. Man what a difference in the world today compared. Electronics have taken over way too much. Too much effort for young people to grab a surf board and learn to become one with the ocean, with something in nature. All they want to become one with is twitter, IG, tiktok etc.

I agree with and appreciate everyone on this thread. And at 50 I hate to already sound like an old fart, but it’s true that social media, and the 500 news channels have people obsessed with trying to feed their egos for the approval of , or to fight with, people they don’t even know while they’re simultaneously being pumped full of fear and other toxic garbage by the regular media on the tv. I only add that this selfishness and insecurity has also lead to the pissing, moaning, and all around irresponsible victim mentality that exists now. Instead of getting butt hurt by someone’s comment on their Facebook post, they should grab a skateboard, a surfboard or something that gets them preferably some fresh air. Something simple, uncomplicated where they can get out of their own head, appreciate life, appreciate what they do have and stay in the moment. Anyway, let’s hope people wake up so the ship eventually right itself so to speak. And at the risk of offending another special interest group, I say God Bless 🙏🏻

The ex-presidents were living their best life, going up against the system and living life to the fullest. Yeah, they broke the law,but there's something very envious inside me that longs for that full on lifestyle that seems even harder to achieve nowadays.
