It's one of those rare movies which you just don't watch, you actually feel it. Being an engineer I can totally feel what Ken was referring to "know the limits". Yes ofcourse the machine will not let you down even if you push it beyond the limit because it was designed to be with you all the time, It's like having a person on your side who will do anything for you, even if you demand a death of her. But if you are able to understand that even this engineering masterpiece has also its limits, respect it, don't hurt it. That's the exact moment you can call yourself "a driver ". I've been in racing for many years, and I love that this movie also shows the politics and financial structures behind the sport. It can be harder to run a well funded factory backed team than being a privateer. Nobody believes it, untill you learn this story and the many like it. This is one of the few realistic racing movies.

I was a first responder for nearly 20 years. I can say, that cars you thrashed with full throttle acceleration, hard braking and endless tire limit cornering time and time again, became something special. You would run to your vehicle, fire it up and drive fucken hard, to your limit, again and again. Cars that stood up to that punishment became like a friend, someone you could rely on. And cars that didnt, you never stepped into them again, gone. I know this is just a movie but I see that in this car, its a real thing, you ask more of it and it keeps giving.
Miles deserved that Le Mans win. Seems that all the great ones go too soon. Ken Miles, Jim Clark, Ayrton Senna. They turned the mechanical violence one needs to attain high speeds into kinetic poetry, art and dare say a near divine experience.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come back to your distilled essence, not just of the film, but the soul of everyone who’s strived for that “perfect lap”, and realizing the only trophy that matters is that elusive moment of being There. Thank you so much for doing this. And yes, I’ll be back…
All of a sudden this film has aged, yesterday Ferrari won the centenary edition of the 24 hours of Le Mans in the most convincing fashion. The Prancing Horse team were fast, consistent and didn't make a mistake, unlike Toyota and Porsche.

Christian bale absolutely slaughtered the role as ken miles he is one of the greatest actors of all time
In that scene, when he looks back and sees literally nobody behind him driving to the finish. He knew...he knew he won...that was vindication enough. I'm glad the story was told. We all know now.
Damn, the editing made me feel all the different emotion i felt when I saw the movie the first time. Thanks mate.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks you!
Enzo Ferrari tipping his hat to Ken is a key scene in the movie.
Everybody knows the original winner is Ken Miles ❤❤
The perfect lap im still looking for it good luck drivers
I've been in racing for many years, and I love that this movie also shows the politics and financial structures behind the sport. It can be harder to run a well funded factory backed team than being a privateer. Nobody believes it, untill you learn this story and the many like it. This is one of the few realistic racing movies.
I fully agree
Hell of a Drive! Hell of a Driver! Hell of a Dad! and certainly one;
Hell of a Man!
The description of the perfect lap is just a thing of beauty ❤❤❤ dont like cars in general but this movie is just magnificent
Made me tear up again. That was indeed, one hell of a drive! Bless his soul.
This movie had me crying and screaming all in one . RIP Mr Miles one of the greatest to do it
I can’t race a high horse power monster to the max on a race track, but I can sure as hell race to deliver your pizza in perfect timing. I love to play this music when delivering in my shitbox but man she doesn’t give up on giving me an extra smile to the mile every time. Stay safe kings and may the legend of Ken Miles live on.
This so deserves a thumbs up.
All the actors do an amazing job filling out their characters. Great story telling. This is a really good movie.
What a piece of Art! This movie touches your heart.
Have you ever witnessed perfection?
And yes, I’ll be back…
This does put a wide smile on my face :]
The best motorsport car movie I've ever seen. Amazing storytelling
One of the better movies I have ever seen...
Ken Miles WON that race. And the WORLD KNOWS IT.
What a montage !!!! Loved it.... Captured the very essence of the movie !
Thank you!
Great movie. I never knew about Ken Miles, but its a 'hell of a story'.
Sometimes they don’t get out of the car…
My absolutamost favorite film. The soundtrack, the setting, the cars, the history. Damn, it is a good, really good flick.
All of a sudden this film has aged, yesterday Ferrari won the centenary edition of the 24 hours of Le Mans in the most convincing fashion. The Prancing Horse team were fast, consistent and didn't make a mistake, unlike Toyota and Porsche.
I have seen this film countless times and this edit made me feel like I was watching it again for the first time. Fantastic stuff man, great edit!
We Love you Ken Miles.
Amazing!
The emotion, the chemistry, just amazing.

My God! This is one of the most inspirational videos I've ever seen. Your format and use of text, your perfect editing of the essential parts of the story, SUPERB!!! You should be editing professionally. I'm in tears over here!
I fully agree
Very rarely get emotional watching a movie, but this one got me as of the engine upgrade scene till the end. Gearhead's eternally blessing and curse at the same time. Thanks for posting.
