Could you please leave your people behind when doing and showing home video, maybe show the home before your guests it takes away from the video the reason I’m watching. It’s not how I would want someone to view property, otherwise you show some beautiful homes
Maybe it's just personal preference but some of these homes lack charm and coziness. They are big and grand but you feel like you are going into an office or medical facility. I prefer smaller rooms, more charm....everything looks so generic. On the flip side, this realtor is so hot. I would have liked to see more of him. :) lol
It's interesting how the front elevation of some of these homes appear very small and quaint, but the interior and rear elevation are absolutely palatial.

Like top downtown restaurants, top museums, Cardinals stadium tour, Diamondbacks tour, Suns tour, 5 best bars. I'm a Realtor in Alabama, and the videos that do the best for me are the beach tours. Top restaurants at the beach, tour of such and such beach town.

Jeff Jones does different kinds of tours and I think it would be easy for you to do it as well. I finished the house I was working on (567 sq ft). Now I'm living in it and trying to sell my primary (864 sq ft). I have window units and no heat in the primary so I'm trying to sell it for cash at $62K but little interest so far. If I spend $13K to put in central A/c, heat, duct work and a fridge it could go FHA for $100K to $105K. I'm going to keep it on the market for 3 months and see if someone offers cash, if not then I'll probably put the central a/c in and relist at $105K.
