I really like approach towards front door. It’s very secure and private. I’ve never seen the patios in the front. Offset front door is also nice as It’s never expose to public when you open the front door.

Why does this house have forced air air conditioning? A luxury home like this needs hydronic radiant cooling! It'd be my guess that it also has fiberglass insulation when it needs to be closed cell spray foam!

nice home, but will NEVER buy from Toll Brothers, as they GOUGE you on every songle thing, everything is an upgrade and the standard/basic is just junk
