    I can't believe this! Efnote stole my idea! LOL 2 years ago i was bought a Tama club jam flyer and converted it to an electronic drum because i wanted a very small drum kit that still looks like a drum. It's so much fun to play it and a pleasure to look at

      What heads, triggers and unit did you use? I’m looking at a used Tama right now.
      Though the Efnote is very appealing I would enjoy the challenges

    Whoohooo I made B-roll footage! Great summary about the kit - I think Efnote will do well selling these kits. My favorite preset was “Mellow”. Also great to see you again at NAMM Justin!

    The kick, snare, floor and hi hats are new products that can be added to any efnote kit as well. They’ve nailed it with the is, everything ‘s compatible with everything.

    Hi, Justin! Another great video from you! I think the last time I commented on one of your videos, I was getting ready to buy the Yamaha DTX6-whatever at Sweetwater. Then my physical health began to decline and in December, I fell about six times, two falls were serious enough to land me in the emergency room. I fell last Sunday and am undergoing tests to try to figure out what's wrong with me. It sucks! I wasn't able to buy that e-kit and I'm not even sure I'll be able to play acoustic or electronic drums ever again. A sad and sobering thought.
    Anyway, seeing a video from you always cheers me up because you champion the good and great e-kits and tell the truth about the crap e-kits. I might be ableto handle a Roland Handsonic...but I sure hope that an e-kit could still be in my future. Just... not for another year, at least. Happy 2024 and I look foward to more great content from you.

    Great stuff as usual Justin. Thanks for taking the time to chat with me a couple of different times at NAMM. Love your content. Also became a big fan of EF-Note drums. The double bass configuration they had setup was a great great kit. Quickly became a fan of these kits. I'm a Roland V-Drum user now but can see myself getting an EF-Note kit should I ever decide to upgrade.

    Smart move by Efnote. It’s really all you need for small gigs if you you don’t want to spend a ton of time setting up and tearing down.

    Damn, I never saw you this year. I like the module, but the drums are a bit too small. I felt like a giant behind that, I can't imagine you behind it. LOL! I'd go for the 3x. Efnote is a great company with a great product and staff.

    • @KubaAirs
      @KubaAirs 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I got EFNOTE 3x and the sounds out of the module are really good. It can't compare to something like Ezdrummer though. When you connect your drums via midi to that running on your PC and monitor like that, it really sounds like you sit in front of an actual drum kit.
      Since I use Ezdrummer I really don't care too much about the module itself and if I ever upgrade my kit I will try to get one without a module.

      lol no the height is just a coincidence. Back when I started, every drum channel name I came up with already existed somewhere online, which was really annoying. So I got desperate and decided to include a number in the name to make it unique and not get sued. But I wanted to make the number I used meaningful to me in some way. So the "65" is a Bible verse that mentions cymbals (2nd Samuel 6:5)
