$3,100 A MONTH????????……that is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced!!!!…….i will never understand how people actually pay that for a apartment ………I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a 2 car garage sitting on a acre of land and my mortgage is NO WHERE NEAR that much!!!!…….that is highway robbery …….

You're not just paying for the apartment itself, you're paying for the view, you're paying for the location, you're paying for the amenities, and you're paying for the convenience of almost everything being within walking distance. You'd be surprised how many people live in luxury apartments that don't own or use their car in the downtown area.
