That's so cute! You're right - great gift idea! I'm so glad you went through how to adjust the pattern for a smaller size! Good info about that weird looking foot as well. Great video!!! Have a blast at the wedding!
I never would have looked twice at this pattern if it wasn’t for you. It is sooooo cute. Can’t wait to see your daughter’s wedding dress. Enjoy the wedding.
I am so excited I have this pattern and have not started it, I am going to do the same thing! I have some fleece already, thank you for the video and have a wonderful time at your daughters wedding !
It might be fun to put a button and loop on the inside seams and that way you could have more of a sleeve if you wanted it, or leave it unbuttoned and have it loose.
Used fleece years ago for little jackets. I ended up pressing seams open and then stitched parallel to each seam line on the edges of cut ends on the right side. Worked beautifully and got rid of “lumpy” seams.
Pretty fabric! I like the idea of using fleece because of how soft it is. Very cozy. Not sure about the shorter front. Might be cute-or drafty?😂 I’m usually cold when the cooler fall days hit. I love how it comes down in the back! I’m wishing it was like that in the front or maybe just somewhere between the two? Cute though.
Hi Marie, a lovely job, as always…. Have two questions…. 1) where did you get the fabric from? 2) where did you buy the small scissors you used to clip the seams at 19:16?
I love the fleece . I made this in a knit and I love it.
Love the foxes and pumpkins on that fleese. And the sequince trim just elevated it. Great job❤
Oh so sweet in the fleece. I’ve been eyeing this pattern and now I guess I will give it a go😊. Thanks for sharing, Marie✂️🧵🪡

Love it and that pop of sequins is just the right touch. Thanks for showing us how to alter a pattern when we get the wrong size. Thank you.
Loved listening to how your thought process worked as you sewed this cute cape up! Thank you!
I do love your view and the animals you share your time with.❤❤
Too. Cute 🎉❤
I made a fleece poncho a few years back loved it. They are so handy to pop on. Have a great time at your daughters wedding. x
I love your fleece version (and I want one!), but now I'm imagining a lace version to wear over spaghetti-strap dresses.
For cryin' out loud, Marie! So stinkin' cute. Love, love, love the sparkles. I agree . . . great gift idea.
❤ I will never understand why capes and ponchos went out of style 😂 they are so comfy & versatile
Oh I just love that. I think I'll have to make one
Lovely❤😂😂😂
That poncho top is so cute. What a fun color and design. Great lesson on how to change the size of the pattern. Another winner!

And sometimes..its great to have a cool challenge ❤
This is cute as a bunny's ear. I love the patterns you make with all the tips and hints.
I look forward to seeing a photo or two of the wedding.
Unique poncho top, love it.

Great idea with the fleece, I think I have that pattern
