i honestly feel so good about these guys, their announcement was for sure rlly sad, but i feel good for these two french guys that just made what they loved to do, now they can enjoy the fruits of their amazing career, they left it at their peak and i have a lot of respect for that, i will always have both their music and them inside my heart

I understand that they have retired from making music, which is a real bummer. But, I'm highly optimistic that they'll get back into it soon enough. In the meantime, we can enjoy their timeless music that's had an enormous impact on their fans. Daft Punk will never disappear from my world, and my inspiration has been lifted for music! 🎹 ✌😎 🎹
I can't speak for them (No pun intended), but, they probably learned English while in school. You know, like how in America, some schools teach French, Spanish and German. That at least makes the most sense to me
