Awesome day of Fishing. Great job. Fishing somewhere you know the next cast could be a new PB or better yet a new record fish, game changing. Tight lines man.
Awesome video guys have enjoyed the series. I can relate to how tough a river like that is with South Holston here in Tennessee. They are so difficult to catch and it is rewarding when you do catch a nice fish. My friend caught a 34.5” inch 24lb. Brown out of there last year and I have seen several fish pushing 30” cruising. My PB our of there was only 25.5” and she was just shy of 7 lbs. I definitely need to throw some streamers like you guys. Anyway awesome videos and hope to see some more browns in the next installment!!!
Dude I've had several people tell me about the Houston. It's on my short list of rivers to fish this spring if I can make some plans. I'd like to fish Tennessee, Western NC, and Georgia. But thanks for watching!
This whole series is amazing quality! Man do I understand the struggle. Two days ago I went ice fishing to a place that has been on my bucket list for a while. Average Rainbows are 18-24 inches and the Browns are even bigger. I struggled in 20 to 30 mph winds all day to only catch one 16 inch Rainbow. I will still be back though!
Opportunity Fishing yep it’s not always easy! If you caught fish every time it would be Called catchin not fishin. That’s what makes it all of the more fun when you do succeed. Thanks for watching the series! Share it around!
Brown trout are one of my absolute favorite fish in the world. I've got a handful more videos coming out in the coming weeks that won't help your fever any. Thanks for watching!
Great video as always. You Hardy Boys are a couple of Good Shits. I was praying you would score the butter belly porpoise you set out for but considering the poor conditions, those steimies you brought to hand were nothin' to be ashamed of. Anyway, thank's for all the grueling camera work. Go easy mofos & GOD Bless!
Just got a chance to watch. Completly understand the grind and effort it takes to catch decent browns. Its a lifestyle and addiction. You guys still did great. such a high fishing pressure river I know it's on my bucket list and obviously yours too. Great video. Great catches.Great experience!! Tight lines dudes! See you on your next adventure.
Have you ever fished the savage river in Maryland? I'm from PA and it's one of my favorite places to fly fish. Not huge fish but some of the most beautiful wild brown trout you'll ever see. There's a fly shop on savage river road where you can get great input and a campgroun directly across from good fishing. I strictly dry fly fish and do well on caddis and attractor flies. Beetles and terrestrials are great in the fall. Lots of pocket water but Just downstream from the campground is a bridge with flat water where you find more fish rising. If you haven't been and get a chance I highly recommend you give it a try. Just be careful and bring someone. Wading can be treacherous! You can also call the fly shop ahead of time to find out water conditions to plan a trip there accordingly
I've never been but I've heard of it! I'm sure I'll make my way to the Savage River at some point. It's really not too far from me relative to other areas. And thanks for watching!
Another awesome video! Was on the White about the same time, Feb 8 and 9. Pb on the first day and bested it on the second day. My hands still aren’t the same though! Stripping with confidence all day is no joke!
👍 im looking to buy a new fly rod for small-to-medium stream fishing mostly probably catching mostly stock fish in the 10 to 14 inch size but I also go too a spot that's a pay fish place and I want to be able to handle 2 to8 pound trout as well what would you recommend for a rod and reel it's also a small to medium-sized stream and on spinning reel what is one of your favorite for trout I usually run 6 lb test on a little Abu Garcia that I have but just thought y'all might have a good idea on a rod and reel that would work good for throwing spinners and something I could crappie fish with also and like I said above I want to be able to handle big and small fish just in case the opportunity arises and love your videos thanks a bunchI've been going back and looking at some of your older videos and different stuff and it's really good
You don't have to ask me twice.. I'd like to come out there and fish this spring even if I can get my crap together and make plans. Thanks for watching!
It's honestly so inspiring to watch and see the passion/integrity. Y'all have definitely deserved every fish. Looking forward to the next one!
Thank you! There's nothing we like more than fishing. I'm glad it shows.
Friday fishing 🎣 video superb

Just so you know the world record is from “Ohau C” which is based in the Mackenzie Country at the Twizel Canals, that was 42lb 02oz as I recall.
Yes I am aware! The world record I was talking about was a previous world record. I think it was 39 pounds or something like that.
Well Done Guys!!!!!
Thanks man!
