I put UV dye in it, so when it leaks the dude will be able to find the leak easily. Always thinking!

🙌 congrats man. Thats impressive vs havin to do everything else. Would you do it that way again? Or would you actually take the cover off?

In truth, you’d almost have to do it this way again if this ever comes up. Gambling a few hours labor to avoid 20 hours of labor is always worth it. And, a decent chunk of your labor to attempt it would be stuff you’d have to do anyway in order to get the cover off - the lower oil pan needs to come off to get the cover off.

Question: I have a 2015 Promaster. Ran perfectly then replaced the battery in Oct. The day after the battery was replaced (by autozone) the van started shifting into neutral when I would come off an exit ramp or some to a stop. It didn't do it every time and some days it wouldn't at all. I've taken it to 3 different places and all 3 places have told me something different. Any idea on what it could be? It'd be one sick coincidence if it started the next startup after the battery change and yet isn't related to the battery.

I see no commonality. My guess is (just a guess) is you have a cable problem of some kind. Or possibly a motor mount problem that's pulling on the cable.

Unrelated to this video. Got under my PM today and can’t find any grease zerks. No lube required?

@@Ryan-ky3nr Aftermarket ball joints can be had with or without grease fittings, as can tie rod ends. I prefer non-greaseable, since it’s easy to forget.
