Obviously the staff loves you because no one else got goodies each time they come back to their table! Amazed at how much food you can eat. Definitely got your money’s worth. So much great looking food.

Oh my God, there is moss fungus too!!!! That is definitely a traditional CNY item. No ginseng congee, but abalone congee is different. I have been watching some Hong Kong videos. It seems that these days people in Hong Kong have hotpot for the reunion dinner. Things have changed obviously. The Chinese New Year's Eve dinner is called the reunion dinner now. I was fortunate enough to have lived and worked in Hong Kong. It's interesting how much things have changed. Just can't keep up with everything!! You are so fortunate to travel to Las Vegas and have such a wonderful buffet with duck, rack of lamb and prime rib. Indeed, it's still CNY as it's celebrated for 2 weeks, and that has not changed.
Hi Tim, I love your videos. It's so nice to see you greet my screen with always a smile, you're polite as usual, great sharp focused shots of the food items and you always take your time to pan the camera slowly so everyone can see and enjoy the view. He used a coca-cola can to measure the length of the huge clam to show how big it is. The last item was crawfish. He had a nice seafood meal with his wife and 2 little kids.

Of all the buffets, this one is The Best in variety, portion size, presentation, atmosphere and ease of getting the food without walking a great distance. Some buffets gave you a specific time limit of two hours while others put a limit on the number of lobsters you could get. Also, some served you champagne while others served you ice tea. A great difference among the buffet places !

This is such a bright and elegant place, love the atmosphere. Beside the amazing authentic food, you wouldn't imagine you're in Las Vegas, almost an old time Nola feel. This sounds like a Lunar Year Special not something that is available every weekend. Correct me if I am wrong. Considering the subpar Bellagio Buffet is now $60 for weekend brunch, this would have been a good deal.

i'm baked and the thing that blew me away more than anything else was the thoughtful way that they thin sliced the bagels so you can get a taste without busting your gut on an entire bagel, or worse just wasting a ton. nice video as usual bro.
Very watchable. Excellent food and great presentation. Wish I was there but I spend most of my time in Vietnam but like to travel. Keep on trucking! Not sure about any collaboration you do it well yourself but my philosophy is give everything a try and see what happens. Best of luck.

Hi Tim...thx for sharing the experience with us...I noticed this buffet celebrating CNY is a lot more different then the other buffets...I loved all the food here more 😋...my fav was the chicken feet, ribs w/blk bean sauce and especially the sticky rice 👍...I don't like the sticky rice wrapped in the lotus leaf 🤣...a little too steep for me, but I guess they just charged $88 cause it was CNY...be safe, take care and safe travels...have a blessed week 😘🤗💙
Well, it looks like buffets are SLOWLY coming back. So enjoying these last few videos. I've been in "re-runs" with you, so to speak, watching again the train trips, and of course longing for the day when this becomes more routine. I really love these, much as I enjoy the cabin videos from our mutual TH-cam friend, Dale Calder. Speaking of which, he has not been doing any cabin videos, and very, very few cooking videos, as he indicated that he has been experiencing some health issues. Keeping him in my prayers. Such a wonderful, genteel gentleman.
Oh no!!! I commented a while back to see how he was doing and he responded. The last video I saw was the no yeast Cinnamon buns but I did not recall he was having health issues. I thought I saw a new video pop up but was not able to find it. Thoughts are prayers are certainly with him!

I was trying to figure out if they’d do it or not this year but didn’t see any indication on their website that they would so I didn’t go. I’m glad they brought it back. I used to love going to the fountains brunch when they regularly had it on Sundays.
Never seen this buffet. Looks fantastic. Super high quality, I checked on the price and very reasonable for the variety and quality of food. I prefer this to the much larger, much more crowded, and much more expensive buffets. Is this a Chinese New Years Special or is this all year long?
We were just in Vegas in December and I didn't know about that place or I would have gone for sure.. we were at the Bellagio too LOL but I didn't know that place existed we were just there to look at the conservatory. Thanks once again for taking us along, I will definitely check that place out next time we are in town.

Hi Tim...thx for sharing the experience with us...I noticed this buffet celebrating CNY is a lot more different then the other buffets...I loved all the food here more 😋...my fav was the chicken feet, ribs w/blk bean sauce and especially the sticky rice 👍...I don't like the sticky rice wrapped in the lotus leaf 🤣...a little too steep for me, but I guess they just charged $88 cause it was CNY...be safe, take care and safe travels...have a blessed week 😘🤗💙
Well, it looks like buffets are SLOWLY coming back. So enjoying these last few videos. I've been in "re-runs" with you, so to speak, watching again the train trips, and of course longing for the day when this becomes more routine. I really love these, much as I enjoy the cabin videos from our mutual TH-cam friend, Dale Calder. Speaking of which, he has not been doing any cabin videos, and very, very few cooking videos, as he indicated that he has been experiencing some health issues. Keeping him in my prayers. Such a wonderful, genteel gentleman.
Oh no!!! I commented a while back to see how he was doing and he responded. The last video I saw was the no yeast Cinnamon buns but I did not recall he was having health issues. I thought I saw a new video pop up but was not able to find it. Thoughts are prayers are certainly with him!

WOW! $88.00 for a buffet! The goldware service is a nice, elegant touch. I spend that much on two weeks worth of groceries; this includes the ingredients for my favorite libations.

I was trying to figure out if they’d do it or not this year but didn’t see any indication on their website that they would so I didn’t go. I’m glad they brought it back. I used to love going to the fountains brunch when they regularly had it on Sundays.

Never seen this buffet. Looks fantastic. Super high quality, I checked on the price and very reasonable for the variety and quality of food. I prefer this to the much larger, much more crowded, and much more expensive buffets. Is this a Chinese New Years Special or is this all year long?
We were just in Vegas in December and I didn't know about that place or I would have gone for sure.. we were at the Bellagio too LOL but I didn't know that place existed we were just there to look at the conservatory. Thanks once again for taking us along, I will definitely check that place out next time we are in town.
