Mr. Steve and Mrs. Steve are very nice people and add a lot to some of your videos. I really liked the carving of duck breast! All I get is total chopped.
The look of sheer horror on Danny's face when informed of the $12 upcharge for the 2nd dish was hilarious and worth the price of admission. ❤️ u Danny.
The peking duck looked AMAZING. Have had it once in 1984 in a Boulder, CO restaurant. They served it with mu shu pancakes and plum sauce. Divine and succulent.
Very reasonably priced PKD . Enjoyed Steve's narration during carving and Mrs. Steve's ratings. Looking forward to when you get left overs for rice or noodle dish.
Ohhhhh ... I love Peking Duck, and they sliced it so beautifully.. Unlike you Danny, I would have added some of the sauce too, because I like the sweet and savory flavor it adds. The beef chow fun also looks delicious. Great food with good company ... who could ask for more! Thanx for another great video Danny. 👍😋
Wow! That looked like a really good meal. The duck looked really juicy. Now I am craving Peking Duck for dinner. Might have to go get some! Good to see Mr. & Mrs. Steve. I will add this place to the list of places to eat when I am in Vegas. Thanks for the review!
Great video! As your eating the delicious duck, I'm eating a salad with a side of broiled mackerel. The funny thing is, your video helps make my dinner taste better as I imagine how delicious your duck must be. Thanks Danny, keep making more great content. I am your fan for life! I've never had Peking Duck, but after watching this video I very much want to try it. The duck looks amazing!
Wow, that is a awesome deal! Nice to meet Steve’s wife. Nice presentation, did you have it with hoisin or duck sauce? Love me some Peking duck 🥰🙂👍. If this was filmed today, happy everyone is safe. Beef Chow Fong with hot chili sauce also look excellent 👍
Danny I was away for a few days, and I miss your channel. Happy to be back watching your vibe and catch up :) As always, it is a great pleasure to be entertained and informed by my favorite youtuber. Thank you Danny
Fantastic food at a great price. I really liked your guest. Tell him he has a pretty wife. I’ve always wanted to try PKD. I live in Clarksville just North of Nashville. I wold have to travel there to even find a place that has it.
That's is a great deal for Peking Duck. I prefer the thin Mu Shu Pork style wrapper over the bao buns. The beef chow fun should have bean sprouts, they are good for you :)
Good video. As a cheap sob myself, i would typically order the roasted duck from a restaurant to save a little money - I understand due to the extra work involved in preparing Peking Duck it costs more. I would be interested to know in your experience & opinion if the Peking Duck cost difference versus Roasted Duck is usually worth it. Thank you for your honest and genuine reviews as they have been informative and entertaining.
I was always curious what Peking duck looked liked or tasted it looks good It's amazing how much when chopped how much was there . Heck l would split in three containers and give Steve and Mrs Steve part and take one home for me. And have with rice or noodles the next day. Thank you Danny for the video
Peking duck usually has to be ordered in advance as it takes a long time to prepare properly. It doesn’t take 10 minutes like the waitress said. A lot of restaurants just use roast duck and call it Peking duck. Also when slicing up the duck, it usually is served with crispy skin only in the bun. Not skin and meat together. But it still looked good in this video.
Does your leftover duck include any bones? I'd rather get it chopped if so, but maybe a $6 fee would be more like it! The skin didn't look as crispy as I would've liked, but I've never had peiking duck so visually it's hard to judge.
Most restaurants require a 24-hour notice on a Peking duck order, even if dining in. I usually go where they hang them in the window. Have you ever had a bao bun grilled on the outside? The flavor and added texture are really good, imo. I've always wondered why they never changed the name to Beijing duck. 🤔
I'm hungry after watching that video. The Hong Kong Style Peking duck looked good and tasty. It isn't the same kind of duck or bao if you got it in Beijing. My mom is also cheap SOB like Danny and will take the meat with all the bones. Being a cheap SOB runs in my family. It looked like a great meal to share with Steve and his wife. The crispy roast pork was a good deal at $16 a pound. I can't believe that 1/2 a roast duck is now $22 in Vegas or Los Angeles.
When we dine in a Chinese restaurant and one of the main course is Peking duck, it's fine dining to my family. Expensive but worth it especially at $60 a piece there. Ours is about $80 maybe $90-$100+ by now.. 👍
I'd love to see a cartoon show about a Kung Fu duck who's name is Peking Duck. Maybe Peking Duck could have a super power? You know, maybe he could blow himself up like a balloon and is able to resist fire or something. 😁 P.S. Steve looks like he cleaned himself up more than usual. Maybe because he's out for dinner with Mrs. Steve? (I know he's not looking extra spiffy just for you.)
@@dannythemedic we dont see that blacked out on our own pages, but have a friend pull up your videos and its all blanked out. i noticed it when bryan and i watched it on tv through are paid youtube sub there, and i see it on my ipad too at times. its when you click on someone’s full page.. then you see all the videos and sometimes they are all blacked out where it give how long the video is.
Duck looks good. I'm more of a crepe guy than a bao guy for the duck though. And I know that you're cheap Danny, but if you were at home, paying an extra $12 to jazz up what is potentially tomorrow's dinner might be good value.
DanDan!! Where you at? I can't find your email in this video... but then again, just woke up bro. Resting due to my aching plantar fasciitis.. it suxxxxx!! Ya gonna be anywhere near NY NY?? Or the opposite .. Caesar's Palace?? Lol. Anyhoo, this old bod just aiint what she use to be.. we walk from the Wynn to the Linq promenade and paaaaiinnnn!! Could not make that easy track from Wynn to NYNY..this old mare just ain't like she's use to be... old suxxxx hahaha 😝
I am staying in the RIO. Take Vitamin D, Plenty of it. Nice Hot Baths.... PF takes a long time to heal.. to find my email, go to the channel home page, click about, and you see below something to click under "business inquiry"
Now you talking! That is the idea, more people to join more dishes to eat. From my opinion that duck skin is not right and loosed but I will visit and try it. Always sucker for Peking Duck.
I tried Peking duck once, it was a 3 course meal. I was not impressed. The skin in a wrapper was too sweet. The meat with Veg stir fry was nothing special and the bone soup was bland. I once went to an ayce buffet serving Peking duck and I did not see a single person eating it. The girl working at the Peking duck table had to be laid off.
Bao buns is not peking duck. While I'm sure its dank with good bao buns, Peking duck is served with extra thin pancakes almost like a crepe. With a bao the balance of wrap to meat to sauce is way off the taste highlight should be the savory duck and strong hoisen forefront with this your tasting like half bao no thanks.
Steve and Mrs are an adorable couple! I really enjoy when they are on and Tung too!

I love how you sound so excited to be getting your FREE tap water!
You know a Chinese restaurant is good when all you hear in the background is folks speaking Mandarin or Cantonese. Got to add this place to my list.

Aloha Danny the Medic, have you tried the new dim sum place on Spring Mt, Las Vegas. Would live to see your vlog. Thank You.
I suppose I have not
“ Manners maketh the Man”, when I get older, I hope to be as gracious as Steve.

He was so nice to give me a lift, so very nice
You are so entertaining😂! You saying you don’t pay extra😂😂! Glad you enjoy tap water!
Love your company, they always add a greater dimension to your vlogs.
I think people (humanity) is just nice in general!
I absolutely love your videos! Where is the best Beef Chow Fun that you’ve had in Vegas?
I do remember that Rainbow Kitchen had a really good one!
That's is a great deal for Peking Duck. I prefer the thin Mu Shu Pork style wrapper over the bao buns. The beef chow fun should have bean sprouts, they are good for you :)
Very good restaurant! It’s already on my bucketlist 😊
when i have had it ,it was 3 ways. 1st was the buns and skin ,then the meat was cooked with veggies and the bones were used to make a soup.
Whooooooooooooaaa delish!!!!!

Tap water....ahhhhh. Wow, that was a lot of duck left over. I'm seeing a midnight snack for all 3 of you. It looks delicious.

does TUNG cook his own PKD?
How much meat was left on the carcus? Do you get to keep that carcus? Wow, they just brought out the carvus meat.

in the video, they chopped the carcus
Steve’s wife is so lovely ❤
Hey Danny :) I thought the waitress voice sounded a lot like AJ's voice. Peking Duck Yum! I sure miss you going to see AJ! :)
OH now I have to watch the video again ! LOL

never a need to look spiffy for this working man's ordinary channel!
When I last had Peking duck, the final course was a soup made from the carcass. I travel solo so hard to find people to share this dish.
I had lot of Peking duck with chilli oil... in Melbourne,VIctoria.
Great video with others
Nice
hi danny… im noticing videos often have the time “how long” blacked out. is that now something the author does or youtube? just curious.
how long? I never notice any difference from my end...

Peking Duck is my favorite.
I haven't had it in a while. I'll have to make it
I blow mine up too! 😂
Only time I ate Peking Duck is at banquet. Had it actually in Beijing it doesn't taste good like here. Skin wasn't crispy.😮😮😮
Now you talking! That is the idea, more people to join more dishes to eat. From my opinion that duck skin is not right and loosed but I will visit and try it. Always sucker for Peking Duck.
🤠🤠🤠❤❤❤
Cut the skin and chop chop in front of you. Hey hey food and travel, food and travel. 😂
I prefer the peking duck served with thin rice flour wrapper (Beijing-style) instead of thick doughy white buns (Cantonese-style).
🦆🦆🦆
Duck looks great, where s the scallons they promised
It's there in a small plate with cucumbers
👍
I like thinner pancake better than those thicker ones. for peking duck
Not a sandwich. More of a taco. A Chinese Peking Duck taco.
If Tung was there he would have ate that duck face. Nothing would go to waste.
I can picture it!
The guy eating behind your table looks like he plays in the NBA.
u never know!
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋👍👍👍
😋
😘😋🤪
Peking Duck should have JUST the skin with sauce , green onion in a bun. The meat is eaten separately.
I like bean sprouts.
I tried Peking duck once, it was a 3 course meal. I was not impressed. The skin in a wrapper was too sweet. The meat with Veg stir fry was nothing special and the bone soup was bland.
