    This incredible home, completed in 2016, blends architecture and the arts with peaceful, natural surroundings. Located in the coveted gated community of Quail Meadows, the home is nestled on 3 acres of private oak studded property with spectacular views. The stunning 6,000 sq. ft. home is a unique work of art with its simple lines and warm open spaces. Featuring 4 bedrooms, including an inspired master retreat, 4.5 baths, den, study, car showroom, separate workshop, garage for up to eight cars, and an impressive porte-cochere one can see the incredible attention to detail in all aspects of the home. Architect Braden Sterling and builder Nick Garnero captured the owners vision in creating this masterpiece. Though the home reflects the owners lifestyle, attention was paid during the original design and construction to allow easy reimagining of the spaces. This home is the magic that happens when a dream is articulated and the best of artists, builders and craftsmen bring it to life.

    I love Carmel/Monterey/Pacific Grove. I lived there for 6 years struggling to pay rent and had to leave. But when I visit, I always feel at home; just a general feeling of 'ahhhhh'. Nice home,too!

    Love Carmel!!! It’s our adult Disneyland! We love Carmel valley , the quaint European inspired downtown and 17 mile drive. Our favorite restaurants are bistro Giovanni, Casanova’s , little Napoli and fishwife in Asilomar🙌🏼

    As a retired artist I would love to own a house like that in Carmel which is an Art town near the ocean on the California coast with amazing weather. I love the size, the outside gardens, all the windows and open space. My only contention is the inside is too pragmatic with every room being based off a box which for me would get old and redundant looking.

    With everything we know about rainwater and drainage, I am disappointed to see all the concrete pavers and drive with few or no french drains or other opportunities for water to be absorbed naturally where it falls. All the water has got to go somewhere, why not capture it in a new build? The large pavers also create unnecessary heat islands. The house is ok, but blanketing the earth with unnecessary swaths of concrete or pavers is an insult to the natural beauty of Monterey. "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot.."

  • @daveconerly1450
    @daveconerly1450 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Interior furniture has to get out of that house , every bit of it ! Those cars , well I'd give them away for no need for them.
    I'd make this home very plush . Comfortable. Id need only one rolls royce , brand new of course, a maserati , and a range rover plus a toyota tundra truck. Two butlers , one chef , and a full time housekeeper. No one would ever know that I live there and lots of rescue dogs who would protect me and play with. I'd soak up the sun when ever possible and live a quiet hassle free life.
