The ocean gets loud and you need those curtains from the theaters with lead in them. The Equestrian show. You have to put up with golf. You have to put up with the Concours d'Elegance. You have to put up with the tourists. If it's one of five homes around the planet you'll be happy with it. You'll get tired of the Pebble Beach Beach and Tennis Club. Then there's the traffic and HOA . Every form of Refuge has its price. Now imagine a really well executed rubber room.
The weather is nice in June.
I kinda like this place. Hope that servant that makes espresso and dresses the dogs for a walk could stay for a little while. He seems more productive than I in the morning.
The house is amazing, but please stop including people in the video. Viewers want to see the property, not people who dress up for a small gathering at home

A ver lovely home. Looks like room for improvement 3:25 at the rear of the home, it doesn’t match the front of it (needs some of that granite tile work on the walls), and the backyard landscape could use a little refining as well.
