I would like to thank you for showing us all of the beautiful housess and the difference location of the town of the hua Hin Thailand. I absolutely love And enjoyed watching of all of them.
Hey guys, thanks for another really interesting house hunting vid. My only thought on these is I'm interested in knowing how far from Hua Hin town they are and if there's a 7/11 nearby. The weather's turned chilly back in Aus, stay warm
Wow guys you hit jackpot Do you want a neighbour very interested in these lol What area is called how far to beach Carnt wait to come and look around Hua hin Congratulations happy for you and family
I've noticed two common themes in a lot of Thai homes; sliding glass doors as the entry/exit and the bedrooms only accessed from the outside. To me, being a westerner, I don't like either style but like you said, it is what it is.
Hi all, thanks for the video two good houses, the new one with the pool looks ok would like a bit more land. May be the older one a wee bit over priced be ok if had a pool. You say you and Linda are coming back to Aussie, the prices for homes have gone up big time. The cost to do renos has gone up as well and trying to get rentals is very hard, in Brisbane 3 to 4 bed $500 upwards. Not long till May now🙂
Most houses are built on small blocks of land here it seems. The older house there is a community pool right across the road but room in the yard if you want to build one. We are just going back to Aust for two weeks to see our daughter. Happy travels !
Older house for me more land lager rooms, tile paint and new paint and fixtures and fittings can do wonder for not much money down. Great video and just subscribed cheers.
Thank you so much ! We are finding that Thai people do little or no maintenance on their houses. When they sell them they are expecting the same sale value as when they bought it. It has been an eye opener that's for sure 😁
The pool looks nice on the first house but because of it, the house is too tight, especially the living room. I would look for a house without a pool but maybe more spacious inside. The second house the kitchen is awesome but probably a little more work on the rest of the house. Overall nice video as I am sitting here in West Africa watching this video. Two more months and we will be retiring in Chiang Mai. looking forward to more videos!
Thank you so much for commenting ! We did view a four bedroom , same style . Had a much bigger kitchen space . Bit over our budget . We are not sure where Thai people put their clothes . As no new furnished houses come with cupboards. Good luck on your retirement !
We always put the prices at the very start of the video. The modern three bed is 4.59 million fully furnished. The older house they are asking 4.69 million with the included furniture you see. You could probably negotiate for a discount on both.
A good program, my five cents after doing my homework and watching dozens of videos is that with new homes there seems to be a loose correlation what you get and the price. For me definitely buy a second hand pool villa in particular as new ones seem to lose value quickly…
Hey mate, joe from Portugal where the new house is at? Is it an area where you need a car or is there some type of public transportation buses et cetera?
Buiders warranty means jack even in the west and only last mostly for the first year, if you buy get a building survey as long as theres no major issues your good to go, if your willing to buy any house there will always be something at sometime to address it's a part of the game.
There are more reasonably priced homes in Thap Tai a with a pool and vastly less expensive without a pool. Patience and perseverance pay off. Good luck.
Video would be better WITHOUT the background music (very annoying to my liking). So I'm sorry but it made me stop watching :( Maybe consider that for your next uploads?

Our pleasure!
Thank you for showing us the drive there. That is so important, and few do that.
Thanks so much ! Always good to show what's around the neighbourhood.
Pool looks lovely !
Sure is !

About 7-8km from Hua Hin city. A 7-Eleven is 250 metres away. Wherever you live in Thailand there is always a 7-Eleven or similar close by!
Nice. I'm just stunned by the prices. I was going to budget my purchase of a home up to $175K. So I can definitely get something for much cheaper.
For sure! There are many around. You could get a brand new house with two bedrooms for around 2 million baht.
Wow guys you hit jackpot
Do you want a neighbour very interested in these
lol
What area is called how far to beach
Carnt wait to come and look around Hua hin
Congratulations happy for you and family
This particular house is in Hua Hin. Its about 10 minutes to the beach !
Thank you for posting again
Thank you so much !

Yes we are not sure why that is. We don't know how you would get on during heavy downpours either !

The volume of the background music is too loud.

You forgot to tell us what the price was for the house we just looked at. Each room of the house looks ok and large enough and looks comfortable.

Thank you. Good luck with the villa searching !
If you can tell us in the amount of USD would be nice.
Hey mate, joe from Portugal where the new house is at? Is it an area where you need a car or is there some type of public transportation buses et cetera?
You would def need a bike or a car for this one. There is also Grab taxi . It's about ten klms from town.
Loads of frogs before you find a prince eh? I feel for those in a tough market that need to compete with other buyers.
We haven't found our house yet but we will keep looking. We aren't in any hurry. Thanks for commenting.
Is there a builder's warranty?
Yes around five years. Some may offer more.
Buiders warranty means jack even in the west and only last mostly for the first year, if you buy get a building survey as long as theres no major issues your good to go, if your willing to buy any house there will always be something at sometime to address it's a part of the game.
Thank you for your video! We appreciate your work. It would be nice to hear the asking price and maybe some pics of the neighborhood. Be well! 🇺🇸
Hi William, asking prices are at the start of the video. We always try and video the outside streets on the way. Thanks for your kind comment Cheers !
Sill to much money 3.4 maybe just ok
Definitely not for everyone.
There are more reasonably priced homes in Thap Tai a with a pool and vastly less expensive without a pool. Patience and perseverance pay off. Good luck.
Thank you. We just haven't found THE one yet.
all of the houses have big walls that look terrible blocking You view cannot see the views outside the house.
If you didn't have the big walls you would have problems with stray dogs and people like their privacy.
House prices are negotiable, new cars are not from my experience.
You are correct !
Video would be better WITHOUT the background music (very annoying to my liking). So I'm sorry but it made me stop watching :( Maybe consider that for your next uploads?
No worries. Just making sure no one falls asleep 🤪
@@HereComeTheParkers Was successful! Cheers!

Please stop that mind numbing music. It's a pain
Ok!
Besides still having problems with the water no drinking water all over every part of the country and the prices of the house are too high.
Drinking water is very cheap here so we haven't found it an issue.
