For Land Rover specific diagnostic tool you really can’t go past the Gap Diagnostics IID. There’s not much you can’t do with those units, but they are Land Rover specific. If you want something that’s a little more generic I’d suggest OBDLink MX+, works with a lot of phone apps and I’ve works with lots of different cars
