It takes a special person to be a good steward of the land. It takes a very special person to also be the caretaker of livestock. My dad was lucky to come home from Vietnam, unfortunately part of that experience came home with him. Taking care of the sheep, cattle, goats, and pigs was his passion. When he came down with cancer I was running the crop part of the farm, then I took on the livestock. I remember asking him in the peak of lambing season if he wished he could be helping out more, I could see sadness in is eyes as that season brought new life into the farm and meaning into his life. Seasons have continued to come and go, my dad and the livestock part of our farm have been gone for almost 13 years now. This video brought back some fond memories. Thank You.

I didn't have cancer it was called I P.F. . Great drone shots I noticed you kept it away from the grinder. I thought you would fly under the arm get up close.🤣
I loved the telehandler and the bales being chopped up. The drone shots were amazing as well, when they went straight up, it made me a bit dizzy but it came down for more level shots, nice job. When your dad came, I was so happy you got him to give an update on his life's events, it would be nice to get an interview how he grew up and all. I wish I had my dad around so I could have recorded a bit of his story to pass on to his grandchildren too. Oh, well.

Curious how much overlap there is between a skid steer and the JLG. Seems like the JLG is faster and has more reach for moving the bales but maybe not strong enough for ground work. Do you need both for your farm? Congrats on the views milestone.
